Excavation of Cable Entry pit and Laying and Commissioning of 3-phase 3-core, 6.35/11 KV 185sqmm XLPE insulated Aluminium power cable in trenches (Dimention: 500mm width & 1200mm depth excluding specific locations where this is likely to vary on higher side) including : (a) Formation of trench by excavation of soil (b) Supply and spreading of sand in 2 (two) layers each of 150mm thick one on trench bed and the other over cable laid (c) Supply and laying of consolidate plain flat brick soling over the 2nd layer of spreaded sand (d) Refilling of excavated earth over the flat brick soling work upto the ground level and coiling of excess cable below the earth surface at a depth of minimum 1200mm with protecting by double layer bricks soiling as per design, specefication & engineering requirement of TSECL.

Excavation of Cable Entry pit and Laying and Commissioning of 3-phase 3-core, 6.35/11 KV 185sqmm XLPE insulated Aluminium power cable direct below earth the road surface through HDPE PIPE by all terrain horizontal directional drilling / digging machine boaring across the road crossing/river crossing/cherra crossing without effecting the existing road surface at a depth of minimum 1200mm or as per site requirement of TSECL depending on approved road survey including supply, laying of PE80, PN6 110 OD, minimum wall thickness 7.7 HDPE Pipe and coiling of excess cable below the earth surface at a depth of minimum 1200mm with protecting by double layer brichs soiling as per site requirement of TSECL.

Supply,erection of P80, PN6, 110 mm OD, minimum wall thickness 7.7 HDPE Pipe of different length as per engineering requirement for using at above ground level for riser to pole/feeder piller/transformer & fitting fixing on pole by 2nos cross arm, clamps, nut & bolts (including supply of cross-arm, clamps, nuts & bolts) including drawing of 3-phase 3-core, 6.35/11 KV 185sqmm XLPE through HDPE pipe .

Erection of 9.0 mtr long Steel tubular pole (Designation 410: SP- 32) confirming to relevent ISS: 2713 (Part I & II)- 1980 with round shape base plate welded at the bottom, direct in earth in/c excavation, refilling & ramming etc. as required [1/6th of the pole to be embeded in earth]etc as per direction of engineer in charge.( Will be supplied by TSECL)

Erection of triple pole, 3 phase, 12 KV, 200 Amps manually Gang opereted Air break switch, 3 post verticle type Single break, complete with post insulator for operation in 11 KV, 50 Hz, AC system as per relevant IS with supply of clamps, nuts & bolts, bimetalic lugs etc as reqd. as per direction of Engg -in charge. ( GO Switch shall be supplied by TSECL)

Erection of 9 KV, 5 KN, metal oxide gapless surge trype Lightening Arrester suitable nominal system voltage of 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC system, creepage distance 600 mm, confirming to ISS : 3070/1985.( LA shall be supplied by TSECL)

Design, Engineering, Supply, Testing & commissioning of 11 KV, 800 Amps continuos rated current, 350 MVA rupturing capacity Indoor Vaccum Circuit Breaker( for outgoing feeder) , complete with 1 set of CT of ratio 200/1-1, Control & Relay Pannel Simplex type with 110 Volt DC actuated electrical closing/tripping mechanism and internal wiring, 2-Over current & 1-earth fault combined Micom digital relay,1 no.electromechanical AREVA Master Trip Relay, auxiliary relays as required,1 no.L&T / SECURE make "Tri- Vector" Meter(SCADA compatible), 3- Ammeter, 1 -Voltmeter, 1 -C.T operated static KW meter , with panel bus mounted C.T and integral earthing facility including inernal arc tested panel Conforming to relevant ISS/IEC as reqd.including standard indication facilities as per requirement and with a provision to connect existing 11 KV Bus with necessary power & control cable as detailed herein after. including supply of 1(one) no. Supply and erection of Pipe earth set as per ISS 3034 of 1966 with upto date amendment having 2.5mtr long fabricated perporated 40mm dia heavy duty G.I pipe with holes for fixing 1pair of 50X6mm galvanised flat clamp 12mm dia 40mm long M.S galvanised nuts and bolts with spring washer, salt & charcoal etc as required and as per drawing, desine and engineering requirement specified in REC standared including supply of salt and charcoal and 8swg GI Wire as required .

Supply of 50X6mm size G.I flat and laying [below 0.5mtr of G.L) including excavation & refilling of earth, Welding of joints for inter connection of earth electrodes and earthing terminals of equipments etc as required for earthings.

Supply & erection of T-shaped Pillar for cable line ID marking engraved with caption 'AGMC (NTH-II) Fdr UG LINE' made of pre-cast RCC of size, [Pillar- 3.0 x.0.33 x 0.33 ft & T-section- 1.0 x.0.33 x 0.33 ft] by excavating earth in/c painting of engraded caption in black colour on yellow background as per technical requirement.

Laying & stringing of ACSR "DOG" conductor [7/1.57/6/4.72mm] or AASC equivalent conforming to ISS 398(Part-II) 1996 with latest amendments if any in/c hoisting, binding, jumpering etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (ACSR will be supplied by TSECL)

Laying & stringing of 8 Swg G. I. wire as per ISS : 280/1978 amended latest with heavy coating as per ISS : 4826 / 1968 of tensile strength 55 to 95 Kgf / mm i/c fastening with cross arm & metallic parts for earth contunity wire & metal parts to earth electrode as per direction of Engineer In-charge (for L.A earthing). (G.I wire will be supplied by TSECL)

Erection of polimeric Pin insulator for 11 KV system with mechanical strength 10 KN confirming to ISS: 731/1971 on hot dip galvanised M.S. forged 11 KV G.I. pin complete with galvanised hexagonal nuts, G.I. flat washer & G.I. pin washer confirming to ISS: 2486 (P-II) / 1974. ( Pin Insulator will be supplied by TSECL)

Erection of Polymer Disc insulator with Ball & Socket type disc fittings for 11KV System (EMS-45KN) confirming to ISS:731/1971 in angle and dead end locations inluding tension fittings of EMS-45KN to accommodate the revelent ACSR conductor size along with nuts and bolts, washer etc as required in complete as per dirction of Engineer -in charge. ( Disc Insulator will be supplied by TSECL)

Erection of painted Stay set complete direct in earth complete with 16 mm dia, 1800 mm long stay rod, anchor plate of size 300 X 300X 8mm, turn buckle of length 356 mm, with 300 mm threaded adjustable 16 mm dia M.S. rod & thimble in/c supply of 11 KV guy insulator as per IS specification, hot dip (heavy duty) galvanisrd stay stranded wire, 7/2.5 mm2, grade-IV as per ISS:2141 / 1979 having minimum tensile strength 700N with zinc coating (heavy type coating confirming to IS:4826/1979, weight 260 kg / km, fastened with stay clamps in/c supply of M.S clamp, nuts & bolts etc as required and grouting with CC of ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 river sand : 4 jhama bricks aggregate of 20mm nomical size ) including supply of cement, sand and brick aggreegate along with centering & shuttering as required ( @ 0.119 Cum per Stay Set) etc as per direction of engineer in charge.. ( Stay set shall be supplied by TSECL)

Erection of 2.80mtr long M.S Bracket made of 75x40x40x6 mm M.S. channel in/c fabrication alongwith drilling holes (5/8"), Supply of required nos of Clamps by MS Flat (Size: 50X6mm), required length of Nuts & Bolts (5/8") etc as reqd for fitting & fixing on pole i/c applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved quality on Bracket i/c painting (two or more coats) with Aluminium paint of approved quality to give an even shape as per direction of Engg -in charge.(M.S Channel shall be supplied by TSECL)

Erection of 2.80mtr long M.S Bracket made of 65X65X6mm mm M.S. Angle in/c fabrication alongwith drilling holes, Supply of required nos of Clamps by MS Flat (Size: 50X6mm), required length of Nuts & Bolts (Size: 5/8") etc as reqd for fitting & fixing on pole i/c applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved quality on Bracket i/c painting (two or more coats) with Aluminium paint of approved quality to give an even shape as per direction of Engg -in charge.(M.S Angle shall be supplied by TSECL)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer/red oxide (two or more coats) of approved quality on Steel tubular Pole i/c channel,angle etc.painting (two or more coats) with Aluminium paint of approved quality to give an even shape.

Supply and erection of 11KV Danger plate [HT] on Pole as per direction of engg-in-charge.

Grouting of ST pole with ratio 1:2:4(1 cement:2 river sand:4 jhama bricks aggregate of 20 mm nominal size including supply of sand cement and concrete i/c centering and shuttering as reqd.

Carrying of 9 m. long steel Pole from Sub-division Stack yard to work site by Mechanical Transport, hand cart manual labour including loading, unloading, satcking etc. as required .(Will be Supplied by TSECL).

Carrying of Following items from Store Division AD Nagar To work site/ ESD store by mechanical/mannual/handcart carriage as reqd. (Line materials like ACSR/insulator/Steel Materials)
