Consultancy Services Towards Unbundling and Administrative Separation of Tripura Power Generation Limited (TPGL) from Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL), comprising of the following activities complete in all respects as per scope of services. a) Asset identification, physical verification and valuation; b) Legal formalities as per Company’s Act-2013 and any other statutory compliances along with structuring of transfer scheme; c) Finalization of PPA between TPGL & TSECL; d) Formalities towards transfer of existing Bulk Power Supply Agreements of TSECL with Manipur & Mizoram to TPGL; e) Preparation of Tariff petition of TPGL and submission to TERC; f ) Formalities regarding Manpower Transfer from Power Department/TSECL to TPGL; g) Formalities towards transfer of existing gas purchase agreements of TSECL with ONGCL & GAIL to TPGL and any other functional formalities as per notification even No. 951-63 dated 26th August, 2016 of Power Department, Govt. of Tripura towards complete unbundling of TPGL from TSECL and commercialization of TPGL.
