Supply & Installation of micro- misting system for optimum humidification in processing (CTC & CFM) room and improvement of quality along with necessary internal electrification. Specification: (i) It must have capacity for complete humidification system to cover total floor area of about 9500 sq.ft. (ii)Micro- misting system to be installed for achieving 85-95% Relative Humidity (RH) depending on the ambient temperature/humidity in the CTC/CFM room for improvement of quality area. (iii)  Complete humidification system with approx. 8 nos. fan, approx. 40 nos. nozzles; proportionate air compressor, water filtration unit and all necessary accessories for 9500 sq. ft floor area. (iv)Capacity should be to achieve approx. 90% RH in CTC & CFM room having approx 9500 sq. ft at Brahmakunda Tea factory, Simna. (v) Specification for Internal Electrification (IE) to include that must be suitable for smooth functioning of the machines.

Supply & Installation of pre-sorter and Horbo sorter system for the purpose of producing clean and evenly graded CTC teas as per standard grading size along with necessary internal electrification. Specification: (i)  It must be: (a) Complete sorting system for CTC including Ball separation. (b) Mother sorter and separate lines for sorting of Brokens, Fannings, Dusts and Secondary grades with electrical fittings, cables, starters and other accessories (As per proposed drawing). (ii)  Capacity: Annually approx 6 lakh kg CTC made tea handling system. (iii)  Specification for Internal Electrification (IE) to include and to be carried out suitable for smooth functioning of the machines.

Supply & Installation of Axial flow fans for installation in 2 nos additional withering troughs along with necessary internal electrification. Specification: (i)  5 HP Capacity axial flow fans should be capable of delivering 60000 CFM at 0.5 inch static pressure under STP. (ii)   For proper air supply for covering of newly 2 nos additional withering trough of size-100 ft x 12 ft. (iii)  For withering of additional 6000 kg Green leaves holding capacity for both the new withering trough.
