Providing Installation and commissioining of 06(six) passenger (408)kg Capcity passeneger levator upto (G+1) level (with machine room)at Tripura Judicial Academy, Agartala,Tripura, General requirement:- i)Load 06(six) person(408)kg, speed 1.00mtr.per second ii) drive-Microprocessor based vvvf-closed loop , gearless, variable voltage variable frequancy drive, iii)Construction , design & finish if the car-Stainless steel ACO,SS hairline on rear side,iv)free service for 01(one) year in/c repair or replacement of all defective parts if any. Operation of lift:- a) Operation of lift-Simplex collective selective with/without attendant, b) Provision for locking control in automatic or attendant position, c) Provision of over load audio visual indicator,d) Provison for call register signal & VF door operator,e) Provision of Battery opereted emergency light for 30min backup & alarmbell, f) Infra-red screen electric operation door enclose,g)Intercom connection to telephone exchange(1+2),h) Fire man switch,i) Provision for PVC floor, j) Automatic resue device, (ARD)landing, L) Braille on push buttons with SS cover, M) floor annoucement with music,N) Pit ladder O)Scaffolding for fitting Fixing P) SS Handrail, Q) Minor building works (MS structure of concrete pit of the lift well for installation of buffer spring of lift & concerete pedstal or MS channel structure at machine room for mounting of lift machine & other ekectrical device r) fukll car operational panel,s) Fasle ceiling in car, T)Making all necessary all holes at entrence door of lift as per necessray for electrical & other switches etc, u) clenaing of pit etc. Indicated size for the lift available hoist way size 1750(w)x1550(D) pit depth 1600 mm

Providing fitting fixing of lighting arrangement with protective meeasure in/c providing single phase main MCB point at machine room, 3pin socket & light point with switch in ech floor & pit of the lift shaft & the Electrical wiring should be provided with earthing through PVC casing or pipe etc complete as per direction of the Engineering-In-Charge.
