Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor and finish the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 50mm thick plain cement concrete type B 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone agg) as in flooring including necessary formwork finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth ( Without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Glass dividing strips, 38mm wide and 3mm thick, inserted in position to conform to design, fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Moorum/ red bajri filling in floors or pavings , laid in layers n exe 150 cm thick (Compacted thickness) ,spread, levelled ,rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) in M-25 (20mm graded aggregates) for foundation and plinth beams etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Reinforcement and form work required shall be measured Note :-(i) Reinforcement and form work required shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Design mix will be approved by the GE.

Materials and labour for use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) in M-25, (20 mm graded aggregate) in columns/pillars complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Reinforcement and form work required shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Design mix will be approved by the GE.

Materials and labour for use and waste of form work to pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions with rough finished square, rectangular, or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (ii) Design mix will be approved by GE.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Chajjas and the like complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Reinforcement and form work required shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Design mix will be approved by the GE.

Use and waste of formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges with rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) in M-25 (20mm graded aggregate) for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Reinforcement and form work required shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Design mix will be approved by the GE.

Material and labour Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work: n.exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat fair finished surfaces all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over and upto and including 10mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for stirrups, spacers, binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement content in cement mortar (1:4) on wall and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Materials and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring loints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Precast Cement Concrete Louvers and Jallies, Type, B0, 1:2:4, using 12.5mm Graded Aggregate, 25mm thick [measured solid], including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated soft/loose soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour pre polished (rubber moulded) coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring concealed in wall / ceiling for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LS) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LS) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit of suitable size with all accessories, Modular Type Pressed Metal Flush Box made out of 2mm thick MS Sheet of suitable size and including Modular type Base / Grid Frame & Cover Frame for mounting switch, socket and fan regulator etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red , yellow, blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth. (ii) The cost of cutting chases and making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
