Supply and fixing of PVC line separator suitable for four line OH conductor LT, 1100 volt grade as per sample including all fixing arrangement in between the span of over head line all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for opening of ACSR conductor / Jumper after opening of binding wire from insulator fixed over LT poles and restretching/ restringing/retightening of ACSR conductor of any size, rebinding the conductor over insulator by using aluminium conductor of 2 mm dia as binding wire, making Jumper in the similar way complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour heavy duty armoured LT under ground cable of size 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core 1100 V grade PVC insulated ,PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable of following size in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including lugs for both ends and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cables PVC insulated aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete including taking down all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 400 Amp, 36 KA breaking capacity, 4 Pole, fixed thermal and magnetic setting type with microprocessor release, fixed on existing panel including taking down of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

[c] 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA

[d] 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA

[d] 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA

Material & Labour in replacement of tubes of size 80 mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches/ wall/ pole through MS flat (25X3 mm), nut, bolt & washers [ as reqd ] of proper sizes complete for protection cables complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 17 but of size 40mm bore

Boring under roads with mechanical arrangement with 80 mm dia GI tubing without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable across the road complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode (600x600x6.3)mm thick , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of nut, bolts and washers, steel pipe of 25mm bore light grade for protection of earth lead with PCC chamber (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire mesh, 50mm thick cover RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 graded aggregate reinforcement with 8mm dia MS bar at 80mm centre to centre both way and incl charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I as specified incl necessary excavation and earth work and connecting the earth to earth test point including testing complete.

Labour only for prunning of tree branches touching to electric overhead lines with growth around LT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 1mtr on either side all around the Over Head line with all tools, plants etc complete all as specifed and as dricted Note :- (i) Distance bitween pole to pole will be measured and paid. (i) Any breakdown of line occurd during prunning shall be made good without any extra cost .

Labour only for cleaning of bushes, tree branches inside the periphery of sub stations and clearance of bushes , trees in nascent stage around the sub station and sorrounding of LT panels/feeder pillar and two/four pole structure. Complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for replacement of rusted/corroded security light bracket made out of GI pipe of light grade 1.2 RMx40mm dia and 0.3RM x32 mm dia at one end for inserting of light fitting, properly shaped, bended, & fixed on the pole through MS flat by nut, bolt & washer of suitable sizes incl dismantling the old unsv existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of red oxide zinc and one coat of (approved colours) synthetic enamel paint 1st grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size

Excavation in trench n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out of soft/loose soil/brick all as specified

All as per item No. 26 but exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and n.exc 3.0 mtr depth

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing/ spreading where directed at level of n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling in spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick above the ground level complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning for cable protection with dry river sand and punning to provide required cushioning for UG cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded aggregate for foundation of pole, stay , panels etc all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) B1 type using 20 mm graded coarse stone aggregate for foundation/coping of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old unsv LT UG cable of any size from trenches/road /floor/poles & wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/removing of old damaged rusted steel tubular/PCC Poles of any description and taking asides including breaking of existing PCC foundation and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing outdoor type cable entry junction box of size 250 x 200 x 105 mm, weather proof with knockouts for cable entry- black colour including 4 Nos terminal for cable jointing with necessary fixing arrangement, fixied on pole/ wallscomplete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
