Material & Labour for joint free non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) of premium quality, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE(I).

Material & Labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick of premium quality as in skirting/dado, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with white/coloured to match over and including rendering of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE(I).

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in bays as in subbase of floor finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour pre polished, precast Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 250mmx250mm of 22mm thick as in floors set , jointed & pointed with neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system) of grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 38mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24 mm using 4 mm thick High Pressure Non asbestos Fibre Cement pre painted decorative board (E-board Classic) in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4 mm dia GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing position for light fixtures, air conditioning diffusers and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detectors etc. The main runner to be secured to structural soffit by hangers @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450 mm from the adjascent wall, Flush fitting 1220 mm cross Tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610 mm c/c so as to form 600mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface as on wall mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)

Materials and labour for 10 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as on wall in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of priming surfaces with chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. using 20 to 25mm thick slabs laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs over and including rendering of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including rendering of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with all accessories and PVC rectangular boxes for mounting switch, socket and fan regulator etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red , yellow, blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
