Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of concrete floor / terrace by picking including taking down existing detoriated / decayed tar felt or any treatment including loose surface, scrapping with scrapper, chiseling, scrapping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and removing the scraped materials / debris to a distance not exc. 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete roof surface, finished the surface fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing membrane comprising with the following :- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying one coat of bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm shall be applied over primed surface. (c) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.50 Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (d) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm shall be applied over polymeric membrane. (e) Two coats of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane @0.10 Kg/Sqm.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality (ISI marked on packet) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 4 mm thick size 595 x 595 mm HPSC (High pressure Steam Cured) pre-primered self embossed texture designer board E-board classic to be fixed with and including anodized aluminium grid / section of size 600 mm x 600 mm with main runner 38 x 24 x 0.90mm thick, cross tee 28.6 x 24 x 0.9 mm and wall angle 19 x 19 x 0.9 mm duly suspended with 2 mm dia GI wire hanger 1200 mm centre to centre both ways fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin from the roof with alignment clip including providing provisions for light fixtures of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 250 litres and n.exc. 500 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of 25x4mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed. (Note: Earthstrip upto 7.50 m from earthplate shall be measured and paid in the quoted rate)
