Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen grade VG-30 as a binder content by weight of total mix and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in SSR Part-I clause No 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.2.11 and mix at hot mix plant, spread with mechanical paver rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and all as specified in para 20.B.4 & sub para 20.B.4 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For job mix formula design purpose maximum binder shall be as described i.e. 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen. (ii) No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mixed is more than 5.5%. (iii) During design stage if binder content used less than 5.5% necessary price adjustment on quoted rate shall be done as per actual binder content used. (iv) Design to be got approved from GE

Material & Labour for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.00 mm thick [Reflective Type] of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 on roads, pavements and the like with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MoRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply & errecting of Cautionary boards/ Information boards/ Destination board double sided, made of two hardened ACP sheets 3 mm thick fixed on both sides and properly riveted to stainless steel square pipe of size 20x20mm of 16 guage thick and over all size of frame 1200x900mm, supported with another frame made of 40mmx40mm SS square pipe of 16 guage thick and double legged 3.10m long SS pipe of 50mm dia of 14 guage thick and fixed with each other with proper weilding. Retro reflective regulatory board of over all size 1200 mm x 900mm, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting confirming to type -III of ASTM-D4956-01. Colour of retro reflective sheeting as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Retro-Reflective Sheeting should be pasted by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure confirming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The board will be fixed to 2 Nos post made of SS pipe of size 50mm, 14 gauge 3.10 m long welded to the frame. Board to be fixed on ground 600mm deep incl excavation and grouting in PCC 1:2:4 (Size 450x450x600mm) type B1, 20mm graded aggrigatge for each post complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note- (i) All SS pipes to be provided under this work shall be of SS grade 304. (ii) Cost of welding machine and welding rod shall be deemed to be included with unit quoted rate.

S&F of cautionary / warning road sign board double sided made of two hardened ACP sheets 3 mm thick fixed on both sides and properly welded to stainless steel square pipe of size 20x20mm of 16 gauge thick and overall size of 900mm sides equilateral triangle shape, supported with another frame made of 40mmx40mm SS square pipe of 16 gauge thick and 3.10m long single legged SS pipe of 50 mm dia of 14 gauge and fixed with eath other with proper welding, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting confirming to type -III of ASTM-D4956-01. Colour of retro reflective sheeting as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Retro-Reflective Sheeting should be pasted by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure confirming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The boards will be fixed to 1 No post made of SS round pipe of 50mm dia, 14 gauge 3.65 m long proper welding to the frame. Board to be fixed on ground 600mm deep incl excavation and grouting in PCC 1:2:4 (Size 450x450x600mm ) type B1, 20mm graded aggrigatge for each post complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note- (i) All SS pipes to be provided under this work shall be of SS grade 304. (ii) Cost of welding machine and welding rod shall be deemed to be included with unit quoted rate.

S & F Road Side Delineator [Reflector] as per approved model and conforming to IRC - 67, made of Powder Coated MS Pipe, 85mm bore, 900mm height, Heavy Grade, fitted with 3 Nos. of 100mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA Material with ABS Round Body, anti rust & anti theft steel net, fixed with Bolts, Nuts and Epoxy Glue, which emit excellent reflection during night time, with 3 reflective strips of colour Amber, Red or White, as approved by GE, Delineator to be fixed on ground 300mm deep incl excavation and grouting in PCC 1:2:4 (Size 300x300x300mm ) type B1, 20mm graded aggrigatge complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas in any type of soil(exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by using power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Soling of spread thickness 200mm in two layers of 100mm each with broken boulders or quarried stones of size 63mm graded, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness), Wet Mix Macadam(WMM), laid in two layers of 75mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor pavor and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80KN-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, Type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Inter Locking Paving Blocks of 80mm thick, made with M-40 Grade cement concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, Hydraulically pressed of approved pattern, shape and size conforming to IS:15658-2006, ISI marked, set in floors with grey cement and pigments including 50mm thick sand cushioning under Paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Precast Plain cement concrete Type B-0 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5m span, Cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.(Compacted thickness shall be measured)

Taking out existing serviceable HT UG cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core from trench /duct /pipe including jointing kit, cable cover and cleaning and stacking for relaying complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable HT UG cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core received from taken out from serial item No. 35 in trench /duct /pipe including jointing with jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover received from taking out vide serial item No. 35 in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise)complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1, with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise)complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Cutting hard standing/road not exceeding n exc 40cm width and n exc 90cm in depth for laying and removal of UG cable/protection pipe including making good so as to match with the existing finishes including 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded coarse aggregate on top and removal of debris and making the damaged areas uniform to the sorroundings complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying GI tubing 40mm bore medium grade with fittings laid in trenches for protection of HT/LT underground cables including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply and laying GI tubing 80mm bore medium grade with fittings laid in trenches for protection of HT/LT underground cables including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, precast cable cover protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item of schedule 'A'/BoQ.

Dismantling old unservicable steel tubular poles/struts, any size including breaking up PCC foundation and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 31 (Overall length 9.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer including painting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and white strip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items of schedule 'A'/BoQ. (b) Design / drawing of HT pole and dimension is to be obtained from OEM/auth dealer/supplier and same is to be got approved from GE/AGE(I) before placing order to the manufacturer.

Taking down LED street light fittings of any wattage carefully and refixing with with 2 Nos of Pole fitting Clamps made out of MS Flat of size 50 X 6mm, bolts, nuts, washers and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Light fitting shall be of PF0.95

S & F in repairs PVC street light junction box of size 380mmx225mmx140mm with front openable shutter with locking arragement with 01 No. 06 Amps MCB mounted on din rail, connectors including fixing to pole with MS flat iron clamp 25mmx3mm size with nuts bolts, washers of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs heavy duty PVC Conduit, 20 mm dia concealed in Walls / Roofs / Floors / Ceiling etc. inclusive of boxes [Junction / Terminal but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. for drawing Coaxial TV Cable or Telephone Cable etc complete all as specified

Material and labour for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable jointing kit straight through complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductors, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2.0 core laid in trenches/fixed to wall/under road/pipe as per IS 7098 (Part I) etc including cable glands, aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor of size 4 Sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
