Dismandling of fuel injection pump from DG set ,segregating for serviceable and worn out parts such as timing shaft ,oil seal ,thrust bearing and other minor parts including testing all as specified and directed of following capacity of DG sets.

Dismandling of injectors from DG set ,segregation for serviceable and worn out parts ,carry out repair and replacement of worn out parts such as injector nozzle ,Oring ,injector cup,injector barrel,injector plunger , including pressure testing and fiiting to engine and testing the engine for proper functioning etc all as specifief and directed.

Disconnect ,removing burnt carbon brush with hiolder assembly and supply and fixing new carbon brush with hoder assembly suitable for 'Kirloskar ' 82.5 KVA ,3 Ph ,4 wire 440 Volt,RB -44 , DG set all as specified and directed.

Dismandling and supply and fixing fan belt suitable for following DG Set all as Specified and directed . Make : Fenner or equivalent make

Drain out existing old engine oil, cleaning sump by K-oil and supply and filling new engine oil 20W 40 Grade Castrol CRB all as specified and directed. Make : Castrol

Dismandling and supply and fixing PVC ,armoured fuel pipe from tank to DG Set (Over flow and incoming both) in various installation as per sample all as specified and directed.

S&F for Change over Switch ,four pole 400 Amp, 415 volts, 50 Hz in sheet enclosure with side handle ,conforming to IS/IEC 60947-1&3 including making incoming and outgoing connections complete all as specified and directed Make: Cat No. IHBFFE0400 of Havells or equivalent in HPL/Legrant/Crompton Greaves

S&F for Change over Switch ,four pole 100 Amp, 415 volts, 50 Hz in sheet enclosure with side handle ,conforming to IS/IEC 60947-1&3 including making incoming and outgoing connections complete all as specified and directed Make: Cat No. IHBFFE0063 of Havells or equivalent in HPL/Legrant/Crompton Greaves

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed and specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC/XLPE cable with river sand and punning to provide required cushioning to under ground cable all as specified and directed.Note :-Only punned thickness shall be taken for measurement

Supplying and Laying sub class 'B' brick (of size 230mmx115mmx75mm) for protection of LT under ground cable laid dry, flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm after taking out the old unserviceable cable protection brick all as specified and directed.

M&L Heavy duty armoured LT U/G cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core ,1100v grade,PVC insulated,PVC sheathed mutistranded aluminium cable passing through pipe/trench/cable duct/fixed on wall by proper size of GI clamps with nut and bolts etc ,making good the disturbed surface complete.

M&L Heavy duty armoured LT U/G cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core ,1100v grade,PVC insulated,PVC sheathed mutistranded aluminium cable passing through pipe/trench/cable duct/fixed on wall by proper size of GI clamps with nut and bolts etc ,making good the disturbed surface complete.

S&F GI steel tubing light grade for protection of cable on poles, under road crossing etc of 40 mm bore.

M&L for Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised iron mild steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earth lead of GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers of the earth and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to Panel and installations and water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade raised upto a level of 50cm above ground level with plug at top, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 100 mm thick using 8.00mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm C/C as reinforcement, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 as specified and directed

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to ploes or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm Galvanaised iron strip complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting nuts and bolts ,taking down existing unserviceable self starter and supply and fixing new self starter consisting of starter pinion ,gear spindle ,coupling housing , pre-tension spring complete suitable to start 82.5 KVA Crompton Greaves DG Set and having operating voltage 12 V,DC including all fixing arrangement all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting the Radiator complete from DG set , taking into workshop for cleaning fines by cleaning agent , brazing into damaged fines , water circulation tubes etc,. Taking back to installation ,refixing into original position including supply and replacement of rubber hose pipes complete set of Kirloskar make 82.5 KVA DG set all as specified and directed.

Dismandling and supply and fixing for air filter element suitable for 50 KVA Ashok Leyland DG set , all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing MCCB 400 Amp, 36 KA breaking capacity, 4 Pole, fixed thermal and magnetic setting type with microprocessor release, fixed on existing panel including taking down of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

[c] 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA

Taking up old unsv LT UG cable of any size from trenches/road /floor/poles & wall complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing to battery charging unit of vermin proof floor mounted type 230 volts input and out put of 24 to 72 volts at a maximum current of 10 Amps for charging a battery bank of 12 volts 100 AH including replacing of internal wiring with suitable size of copper conductor and including replacing the following items :- (i) Supply and fixing connections fixed inside the charging unit - 01 Set (ii) MCB control for input circuit, DC out put circuit and battery path - 01 set (iii) Blocking diode in DC out put circuit to prevent reverse drainage of battery in charger - 01 Set.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
