Taking down carefully the existing 6 MVA power transformer rating 33/11 KV (Ser No 21940, customer ref No RMS/MES/RANG/2011-12/004 dt 09 Jan 2012, Make : VOLTAMP, ONAN type) from plinth with the help of hydraulic crane of suitable capacity for shifting of transformer from 33 KV substation (MRS) to OEMs workshop and return after complete repair/ rectification & testing to the substation and refixing the transformer at its original position as indicated including connection of controlling cable/ wire from transformer to VCB and control panel, connection of 33 KV HV and 11KV LV side lines to the transformer including commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i)To and fro transportation of transformer including transit insurance charges are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Charges for Loading/ unloading of power transformer at substation and workshop are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Charges for commissioning and testing at site are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and Labour for removing complete transformer oil, dismantling of radiator, explosion vent, conservator tank, breather, buchholz relay, thermometer and bushing including lifting of core winding assembly by hydra/ crane of suitable capacity, cleaning, shot blasting & painting of transformer body, reassemble all parts and core winding assembly after replacement/ rectification, including performance and thermal testing at OEM's workshop complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rectification & testing of power transformer shall be done thorugh OEMs only. (ii) Performance/ thermal testing at OEMs workshop shall be done in presence of Rep of the Accepting officer.

Material and labour for complete HV winding with new super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge including replacement of all minor accessories (Paper covering, brazing rods, creep paper roll, copper lugs, gaskets, insulation materials etc) of 6 MVA Power Transformer (33/11 KV)and dehydration of core coil assembly through heat chamber for 72 hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-Cost of keeping the HV winding with care in electric oven for 72 Hrs to improve the insulation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
