Supply & fixing MCB DB concealed in wall (Double door) SPN, 4 way , 200 A rated IP-43,IK-09, sheet steel with bus bar, din rail, neutral link and earth bar with fitting & fixtures all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 10 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole & neutral 16 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete all as specified as directed

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe (Light grade) and 20mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earthwork as in soft/loose soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100mm C/C both way and two Nos lifting handle made of 12mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, char coal or coke and salt in alternate layer, testing, etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x8/9/10 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable and with flexible steel of suitable size complete all as specified as directed..

Supply and fix of Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with DMC insulator and fixing screws etc for wall/roof/down conductors up to 7.5 mtr height from average ground floor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:DMC insulator shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and Fix DMC fibre insulator for including necessary fixing arrangement on wall/roof up to 15 mtr height from average ground floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including necessary fixing arrangement with proper base all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth strip protected by and including 40mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 40 mm bore GI tubing (medium grade) for watering to earth electrode, earth strip connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screwn all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix of earth continiuty conductor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for earthing as required of size 32 x 6 mm GI strip all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore (dia), light-grade for protection of lighting conductor, laid in floor, fixing to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting hard standing / PCC for laying of earth lead / protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Laboure for making good hard standing/road with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded aggregate) and making the damaged areas uniform to the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) with PVC insulated 1100 volts grade FRLS unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductors 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) for phase, neutral and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit (medium grade) of adequate size with fittings and accessories as required at site including suitable size of GI boxes of thickness not less than 0.8 mm thick and earth continuty conductor shall be connected to common earth and earth dolly for one light/fan/Call bell point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified as directed. Note for item Nos.17 to 20 : (i) Cost of cutting of wall, if any, for housing of GI box, ceiling rose, etc and also making good the disturbed surfaces are deemed to be included in unit rate. (ii) Cost of GI box of suitable size shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rate

All as per item No 17 above but for one 3/5 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on the same board with other switches.

All as per item No 1 7 above but for one 3/5 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on the independent board.

Material and labour for switch socket combination multi purpose 2 in 1, 5 Pin,5 and 15 Amps, flush type ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for switch piano flush button 5/6 Amps single pole, 1 way 240 V ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable with Copper conducter unsheathed cable of size 6.0 sqmm drawn through & including PVC PVC conduit with 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire single core for continuous earthing including taking down old one complete all as directed Note : (i)Two run of 6.0 sqmm & one run of 6.0 sqmm of cable shall be measured as single run. (ii) Cost of chase cutting for conduit wiring shall be to be included in unit rate. (iii) Wire should be used in proper colour code red/yellow/blue for phase, black for neutral & green for earth

Supply and fix MCB single pole 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'B' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete inculding taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete complete including taking down old unserceable light fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm,35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete including taking down old unserviceable tube light fittings all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core ,1100 V grade ,PVC insulated cable with Copper conducter FRLS unsheathed cable of size 4.0 sqmm drawn through & including PVC Casing -N- capping with 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire single core for continuous earthing after taking out old unservicable submain wiring complete all as directed. Note : Two run of 4.0 sqmm & one run of 4.0 sqmm of cable shall be measured as single run.

Supplying, Laying,connecting,testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed ,armoured heavy duty cable with stranded alluminium conductors 25 sqmm x 4 core,1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches /allincluding using LT connector to joint the one end of cable to over head line ,compleate all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe in 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable, fixing to pole including MS clamp,nut, bolt etc, on pole / walls. complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete. Including taking down old unserceable light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for lamp holder suitable for LED lamp 9 watt insulated body with back plate for angle/batten fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour security light bracket made out of GI pipe of medium grade 1.6 RMx40mm dia and 0.3RM x32 mm dia at one end for inserting of light fitting, properly shaped, bended, & fixed on the pole through MS flat by nut,bolt & washer of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing loop in- loop out fuse junction box of internal dimention 250 x 200 x 100mm made of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and including 6 Amp MCB - 01 No, 50 Amp rated 4 way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/outgoing , mounted in the box, fixing on street pole/rail poles including necessary aluminium clamps, suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolt all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, round type 3 core(phase,nutral & earth) copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm FRLS 1100 volt grade connection from junction box to street light fitting and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, in repair, LED Street light luminaries with panel including LED Lamp of 60 Watt complete , all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
