The AMF Control panel shall be made of 16SWG CRCA Sheet, indoor type, dust and
vermin proof, Pre-Treated and Powder coated - suitable for 230/415 V, 1/3Phase, 50Hz
system to be fitted inside Acoustic Enclosure.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE
Acoustic enclosure shall be made of specially procured CRCA Sheet and structural sheet
metal Base frame and comply with CPCB-IV+ norms with following features :
(i) The most compact, six sided close, modular construction and detachable.
(ii) Meet CPCB-IV+ / MOEF norms.
(iii) Sound level 75 dBA at one meter distance.
(iv) Easy accessibility around the DG Set, which ensures optimum serviceability.
(v) Special power coated enclosure, weather proof, corrosion resistant, environment friendly.
(vi) Specially designed lifting hooks.
(vii) Use of high quality hardware ensures longer life of enclosure.
(viii) Provision for emergency stop facility.
(ix) Fuel tank is specially designed and mounted inside of the enclosure as a integral part of Acoustic enclosure. Note : Apart from above cost of the following provisions shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate:- (i) Dismantling of Old BER DG Sets alongwith its connected cables and the same shall be deposited to MES store for further disposal.
(ii) Necessary civil work for foundation as per manufacturer instructions.
(iii) Anything technically required for installation of DG set, if missing above, is incl in the quoted rate.
