MICROPROCESSOR BASED AMF CONTROL PANEL The AMF Control panel shall be made of 16SWG CRCA Sheet, indoor type, dust and vermin proof, Pre-Treated and Powder coated - suitable for 230/415 V, 1/3Phase, 50Hz system to be fitted inside Acoustic Enclosure. (i) Panel shall consist of the following Equipment‟s: (ii) Microprocessor based AMF Controller with display features for Engine & Alternator parameters.

(iii) Current Transformers of suitable ratio. (iv) MCB/HRC Fuse for Control protection. (v) Cluster Type Indicating Lamps for DG ON/Load ON/Mains ON. (vi) MCCB of Suitable Rating -1 Set with 2 Sets of Power Contactor – For Mains & DG Incomer. (vi) FRLS Type Copper Flexible cable for Switchgear Interconnections. (vii) Suitably rated Auxiliary Contactors/Relays. (viii) Earth Studs. (ix) Battery Charger (x) Electronic Voltage Regulator(EVR)

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Acoustic enclosure shall be made of specially procured CRCA Sheet and structural sheet metal Base frame and comply with CPCB-IV+ norms with following features : (i) The most compact, six sided close, modular construction and detachable. (ii) Meet CPCB-IV+ / MOEF norms. (iii) Sound level 75 dBA at one meter distance. (iv) Easy accessibility around the DG Set, which ensures optimum serviceability. (v) Special power coated enclosure, weather proof, corrosion resistant, environment friendly. (vi) Specially designed lifting hooks. (vii) Use of high quality hardware ensures longer life of enclosure. (viii) Provision for emergency stop facility. (ix) Fuel tank is specially designed and mounted inside of the enclosure as a integral part of Acoustic enclosure. Note : Apart from above cost of the following provisions shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate:- (i) Dismantling of Old BER DG Sets alongwith its connected cables and the same shall be deposited to MES store for further disposal. (ii) Necessary civil work for foundation as per manufacturer instructions. (iii) Anything technically required for installation of DG set, if missing above, is incl in the quoted rate.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with copper strip of 25 x 3mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking out unserviceable earthing plate and accessories all as specified and as directed. (Note: Earth strip upto a length of 7.50 m from earthplate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc including taking down of existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI pipe light grade 80mm bore dia with all fittings to be laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as floor finished even and rough to receive the top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, applying one coat of hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.30 ltrs per sqm and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.00 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bitumenious primer (Application of polymeric memberane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction & 75 mm on the longtudinal direction) polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall ( Cont..)

and shall be finished by membrane flashing, coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction of roof & other vertical surfaces & surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm & applying two coats of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 M complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of Mild Steel or Wrought Iron Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 3.00 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and fixed with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1mm thick Steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and stapleand one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces to receive painting over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame exc 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory made, 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Second Class Hard Wood, plain, solid, straight Chowkats and Frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm size, Butt Hinges, stainless steel including fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 250mm long Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp staple (Bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary' labours; articles n exc 200 cu. cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing extruded aluminium alloy handles,fabricated type, anodised 100mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed 150 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface as on wall mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)

Materials and labour for 10 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as on wall in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of priming surfaces with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for joint free non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) of premium quality, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE(I).

Material & Labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick of premium quality as in skirting/dado, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with white/coloured to match over and including rendering of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by AGE(I).

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in bays as in subbase of floor finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour pre polished, precast Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 250mmx250mm of 22mm thick as in floors set , jointed & pointed with neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing necessary joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and every change of directions and the joints duly filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 Part of heated bitumen blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand [all by weight] complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour mild steel work as in holdfast and similar works conforming to Fe290 GDE E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
