M&L 40mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. or roads pavements & the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete as specified

M&L pre painted chequred cement concrete tiles 300 mm x 300mm x 22 to 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cment slurry in in floors with gray cement and no pigments, over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, in floor etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey & white cement in equal proportion to match complete all as directed and specified.

M& L Providing cement concrete in Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, water throughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles andf throating complete all as directed and specified.

M&L precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2: 4 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slab for manhole and similar articles with plain faces set in CM (1:4) complete all as directed and specified.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips (TMT) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) with PVC insulated 1100 volts grade FRLS unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductors 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) for phase, neutral and 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit (medium grade) of adequate size with fittings and accessories as required at site including suitable size of GI boxes of thickness not less than 0.8 mm thick and earth continuty conductor shall be connected to common earth and earth dolly for one light/ fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified as directed. Note (i) Cost of cutting of wall, if any, for housing of GI box, ceiling rose, etc and also making good the disturbed surfaces are deemed to be included in unit rate. (ii) Cost of GI box of suitable size shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rate.

Material and labour for fixing 15 mm dia stop valve(for cold and hot water) fancy type, chromium plated cock all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing GI tubing medium grade on wall of 15 mm dia with all fittings all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing 15 mm dia gate valve/stop cock fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type)all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chromium plated flexible pipe connections tube 15mm size of length 600mm all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe (Light grade) and 20mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earthwork as in soft/loose soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100mm C/C both way and two Nos lifting handle made of 12mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, char coal or coke and salt in alternate layer, testing, etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width or n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of cable,foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 17 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m width

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed including spreading, leveling at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned depth shall only be measured and paid.

M & L for Cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) for filling and making good of disturbed surfaces of road/hard standing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying,connecting,testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed ,armoured heavy duty UG cable with stranded alluminium conductors 10 sqmm x 4 core,1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches ,compleate all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Pipe and bricks for cable protection and sand cushioning and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe in 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable, laid in trenches etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe in 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable, fixing to pole including MS clamp,nut, bolt etc, on pole / walls. complete all as directed.

Supply and lay 32 mm bore steel tubing, galvanised 'medium grade’ with all necessary fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing loop in- loop out fuse junction box of internal dimention 250 x 200 x 100mm made of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and including 6 Amp MCB - 01 No, 50 Amp rated 4 way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/outgoing , mounted in the box, fixing on street pole/rail poles including necessary aluminium clamps, suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolt all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, round type 3 core(phase,nutral & earth) copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm FRLS 1100 volt grade connection from junction box to street light fitting and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp. complete , all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour mild steel angles including welding works to fabricate supporting coloumns (one metre above ground level) of street light panel and necessary MS bolts, nuts & washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome prime complete. all as specified and directed (Note:- Earth work, PCC work, shall be measured and paid separately.)

Materials & labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 40 mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth lead connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part-1 and testing on complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for coping of poles upto 30cm above ground including necessary form work, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement icomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with 40mm graded stone aggregated for foundation of electric pole, bus bar and panel board etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for laying of 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes 25mm external dia SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobia l welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. trenches or on fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for laying of 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes 50 mm external dia SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobia l welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. trenches or on fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed'

Supply & fixing PP-R Gate valve of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PP-R Gate valve of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cutting Cast Iron pipes and reducing to required length in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc pipe all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
