Disconnecting and taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 KV / 415 volts having capacity 63 KVA or 100 KVA or 315 KVA and 500 KVA transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformer cover, draining out oil, detanking of core and coil assembly , cleaning of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators and washing etc, joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration / dehydration, filling of dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformer for all the routine test as per IS 2026 (Part-I):2011 with latest amendments complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity of mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drain out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydration after repair and the cost shall deemed to be included in quoted rate except rate for dehydration. The rate of dehydration shall be measured and paid saperately (b) Transportation charges of transformer from site to workshop and workshop to site after repair shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) Crane, tools, plants and manpower are included in the above quoted rates.
(d) Transformer shall be repaired in the reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (e) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded duly sighed by all concern.

Disconnecting and taking down upper cover of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA after disconnecting all electrical connections for repair, re-winding or R-phase boosting transformer after dismantling defective copper conductor from core and re-winding the same with fresh copper conductor insulate with 'F' class insulator, replacement of worn out parts, suitable for 100 servo stabilizer, cleaning of dust and replacement with new complete wiring with FRLS copper conductor of suitable size in proper layout and tight with tie, and re-assemble the same with core complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) New parts will be measured and paid separately at supply only rate under relevant items of Schedule/ BoQ, and cost of replacement of the same and cost of replacment of old wiring shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out oil shall be refilled in the stabilizer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges of voltage stabilizer from site to workshop and workshop to site after repair shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (d) The Servo Stabilizer shall be repaired in the reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (e) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded duly sighed by all concern.

(c) Checking of all operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, tightening of all connections, replacing the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers. engage the isolator with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning.
(d) Heating/drying testing of insulators for desired IR value.
(e) Checking of internal wiring circuit, including providing insulation by necessary taping, tightening of all connections, replacement of HRC fuse (if any found u/s), measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism associated with the tank or pole should be made including removing moisture deposit. Note:- (i) The cost of replacement of unserviceable nut, bolt with double washers, replacement of complete HT packing/gasket, replacement of CT of existing type shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii)The VCB will be repaired through authorised service engineers of existing make only.

Note: (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
