Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50.00 metre and depositing/spreading where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of under ground cable including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,type 2, flat of size 450mm 180mmx 40mm, embossed as "MES HT Cable" for protection of under ground cable protection in trench with gap between adjacent each other not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stones) as in PCC foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping of poles including necessary formwork and exposed top surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of overhead ACSR / AAC conductor of any size from existing electric pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor as in over head electric line and streaching the same between two poles for required span with standard gauge and size of ACSR and binding the conductor with pin / shackle insulator and jumper with aluminium binding wire not less 2.00 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for trimming of various sizes of tree branches which are touching / close to HT over head line at various place and clear the HT over head line upto 3.00 metre from conductor complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) All the safety equipments, cutting materials, ladder etc requirred for the work to be provided by the contractor. (b) The cutting shall be done two times during the contract period on as required basis. (c) Before and after photograph and video recording of the work will be done and kept on record.)

Dismantling old u/s RCC/Steel poles/struts of any size incl breaking up PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified, type 410 SP-31 (Over all length 9 metres long) conforming to IS-2713. Pole shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer throughout internally and externally up to 1.9 mtr length from bottom and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and numbering the pole with white paint alfa numeric letters on black patch complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be mersured and paid separatly)

Supply and fixing of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified, type 410 SP-55 (Over all length 11 metres long) conforming to IS-2713. Dismantling of corroded/ rusted/ defective cross-arms of MS. Channel or angle of any sections complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cross arm bracing, support, clamps and back plate fabrication from structural steel section including nuts., bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engr-in-Charge and incl two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Serviceable material retrivev from serial item No. 16 shall be re-used)

Dismantling of old unserviceable insulator, any type / size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-2486 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height, 90 mm dia including MS strip 31 x 3 mm washers, insulator bolts 12 mm dia and nut suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-2486 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade confirming to IS-2486 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green 'Two in series' disc assembly including nuts, bolts as requirred for 11000 volts grade confirming to relevant IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable damaged stay assembly embedded in concrete including demolition of PCC and remiving unserviceable materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stay assembly with using 16 mm diameter of stay rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1, using 16mm dia stay rod complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green large size with overall dimension 90 x 1400 mm, clearence of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised stay strand, 7/4.00 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of earthwire or cradle guard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cradle guard hexagonal / rectangular or existing shape fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia on road crossing and streching the same with LT / HT overhead lines and binding the conductor with GI binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC phase separator for over head LT line 4 wire system complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Contractor shall be approved the item from GE before incorporating at site.)

Supply and fixing in repair triple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), vertical / horizontal mounted, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, with 9 insulator of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 KV / 415 volts having capacity 63 KVA or 100 KVA or 315 KVA and 500 KVA transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformer cover, draining out oil, detanking of core and coil assembly , cleaning of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators and washing etc, joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration / dehydration, filling of dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformer for all the routine test as per IS 2026 (Part-I):2011 with latest amendments complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity of mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drain out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydration after repair and the cost shall deemed to be included in quoted rate except rate for dehydration. The rate of dehydration shall be measured and paid saperately (b) Transportation charges of transformer from site to workshop and workshop to site after repair shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) Crane, tools, plants and manpower are included in the above quoted rates. (d) Transformer shall be repaired in the reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (e) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded duly sighed by all concern.

Supply and fixing porcelain HT bushing vitreous brown colour, 11 KV grade alongwith a set of oil seals and copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc including dismantling existing HT bushing with copper alloy rod and disconnection of electrical connection of suitable size for primary side (HT side) of outdoor type 11 KV for 63 KVA upto and including 500 KVA distribution transformer of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing porcelain LT bushing vitreous brown colour, 440 V grade alongwith a set of oil seals and copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc including dismantling existing LT bushing with copper alloy rod and disconnection of electrical connection of suitable size for primary side (LT side) of outdoor type 440 Volt for 63 KVA upto and including 500 KVA distribution transformer of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing gasket including arresting leakage of transformer oil by after draining out of transformer oil and refilling after replacement including disconnecting power supply for distribution transformer outdoor type 11 KV / 415 volts having capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT coils made out of super enamelled HT copper winding wire of transformers all as per manufacturers design and No. Of turns and gauge of wire for transformer having capacity 63 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer's design)

Supply and fixing LT coils made out of super enamelled LT copper winding wire of transformers all as per manufacturers design and No. Of turns and gauge of wire for transformer having capacity 63 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution) of capacity upto upto and including 500 KVA (in situ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites scattered area under AGE E/M Vairengte including the following:- (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning , scrapping, rubbing / polishing etc complete. (b) Painting with two coats of Duco paint (Grey) of approved make / quality. (c) Writing the SM MES No. of transformer on MS body of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer / Servo stabilizer oil at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get the minimum di-electric strength of oil 50 KV minimum without disturbing the power supply system and refilling / topping up / replacement of unserviceable transformer oil conforming IS 335-1993 complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Transformer oil required extra for refilling / topping up shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item of this schedule. (b) Cost for testing of oil including T&P shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Dismantling / Taking down old unserviceable drop out expulsion fuse single pole alongwith all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing expulsion type drop out fuse unit suitable for 11000 volt and current rating upto 200 Amps shall be mounted on and including suitable size of MS channel complete with two post insulator for 11000 volts including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts , washers, the exposed steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing old unserviceable LT 1.1KV cable of any size after disconnecting both ends, including unserviceable joints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of HT 11 KV cable of any size after disconnecting from both ends, including unserviceable joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, Precast PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Relaying of existing LT cables of any size laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling including connection cable glands, alluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Serviceable cable retrive from taking down of cable vide serial Item No. 44 shall be reused.)

Supply and fixing HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable end termination jointing kit outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LT 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable jointing kit straight through type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core PVC insulated, sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 150 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LT 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable jointing kit straight through type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core PVC insulated, sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing breather including silica gel, indicating type 4 to 6 mm standard size of the particle, blue colour for transformer of capacity from 63 to 500 KVA including removing of old breather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for working voltage of 11000 Volts including all necessary fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size and 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters(Local & Hindi language), figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down upper cover of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA after disconnecting all electrical connections for repair, re-winding or R-phase boosting transformer after dismantling defective copper conductor from core and re-winding the same with fresh copper conductor insulate with 'F' class insulator, replacement of worn out parts, suitable for 100 servo stabilizer, cleaning of dust and replacement with new complete wiring with FRLS copper conductor of suitable size in proper layout and tight with tie, and re-assemble the same with core complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) New parts will be measured and paid separately at supply only rate under relevant items of Schedule/ BoQ, and cost of replacement of the same and cost of replacment of old wiring shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out oil shall be refilled in the stabilizer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. Dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid separately. (c) Transportation charges of voltage stabilizer from site to workshop and workshop to site after repair shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (d) The Servo Stabilizer shall be repaired in the reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (e) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded duly sighed by all concern.

Supply only Dimmerstate (Variac) suitable for Servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA with proper alignment complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only servo motor 20 Kg torque suitable for servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only servo controller and complete modification, control device, control protection etc (including electronic sensing card (PCB), Electronic sensing transformer, RC Network, Box for RC network etc) suitable for 100 KVA servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Voltmeter 0-300 Volt suitable for 100 KVA to 600 KVA servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only carbon bush of suitable size upto the capacity of 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only indicators of RYB of suitable size upto the capacity of 100 KVA to 600 KVA voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of servo stabilizer after cleaning the body surface by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting including writing SM No. / MES No. Capacity of Stabilizer of 600 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting electric supply earth & neutral connection and removing the cable & servicing of HT 11KV VCB of current rating upto 800A of existing make and type and carry out the following work:- (a) Cleaning/decarbonizing of all contacts, lever using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, etc. (b) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching mechanism, de-moisturising of all parts. (c) Checking of all operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, tightening of all connections, replacing the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers. engage the isolator with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning. (d) Heating/drying testing of insulators for desired IR value. (e) Checking of internal wiring circuit, including providing insulation by necessary taping, tightening of all connections, replacement of HRC fuse (if any found u/s), measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism associated with the tank or pole should be made including removing moisture deposit. Note:- (i) The cost of replacement of unserviceable nut, bolt with double washers, replacement of complete HT packing/gasket, replacement of CT of existing type shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii)The VCB will be repaired through authorised service engineers of existing make only.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of 32 x 6mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking out unserviceable earthing plate and accessories all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Supply and fixing of in repair Galvanised iron strip strip 25 x 4.00 mm shall be fixed with saddle and screws for earth continuity conductor upto test point or roof conductor and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of in repair copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm shall be fixed with saddle and screws for earth continuity conductor upto test point or roof conductor and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.
