Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and laying 80 mm bore galvanised GI tubing, light grade with all fittings for passing of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 50 mm bore galvanised GI tubing, light grade with all fittings for passing of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Material of labour for boring of hole under roads/pavement/ foot path with mechanical arrangement for 80 mm dia without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable across the road complete all as specified and directed.

Material of labour for boring of hole under roads/pavement/ foot path with mechanical arrangement for 50 mm dia without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable across the road complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth foundation of poles, cables etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan area and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.0m depth foundation of poles, cables etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan area and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose)

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 22 (Overall length 8.50 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer including painting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and white strip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items of schedule 'A'/BoQ.

Lanour for cutting hard standing for laying of existing cable/ protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing outdoor type cable entry junction box of size 155x210x92 mm, IP 66 weather proof with knockouts for cable entry- black colour with necessary cable connector link inside the box and fixing arrangement by clamps, nuts, bolts fixed on poles/ walls suitable for 10-16 sqmm cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing outdoor type cable entry junction box of size 155x210x92 mm, IP 66 weather proof with knockouts for cable entry- black colour with necessary cable connector link inside the box and fixing arrangement by clamps, nuts, bolts fixed on poles/ walls suitable for 16-50 sqmm cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing outdoor type cable entry junction box of size 300x450x155 mm,(5 terminals) IP 66 weather proof with knockouts for cable entry- black colour with necessary cable connector link inside the box and fixing arrangement by clamps, nuts, bolts fixed on poles/ walls suitable for 50-70 sqmm cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of outdoor type street light panel board, Digital Time Switch, 24 Hours, with Contractor, 40 Amps, TP, Out door type, weather and vermin proof made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA Sheet duly painted with synthetic enamel paint with locking arrangement comprising of One Number Timer Switch, 24 Hours Operation, Accuracy: Quartz Time Base ±1 per day suitable for street light operation and duly fixed on pole with clamps / grouting on ground complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor of size 4 Sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for filling and making good of disturbed surfaces of road / hardstanding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of electric poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping of poles above ground including formwork and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying , installing, testing & commisioning factory made LT distribution feeder pillar box of size not less than (750x750x500) mm (leg of the feeder pillar not less than 450 mm in length) outer shell made of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section of size 50x50x6mm incl canopy type roof 10 cm extended in all sides mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system and cable alley (each door hinged with body at 3 places and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/ openable by keys having chromium plated 19mm dia fancy lock "U" type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt, 50 HZ factory made,incl 600 Amps rated aluminium bus bar 04 Nos of size of 50x6mm, powder coated with 7 tank process approved from CPRI, factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 50 microns provided with IP-66 and general construction confirming to IS:8623/IEC-61439 and ISO-45001 manufacturing certificate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs of GI Bracket made out of 40 mm bore GI Tube, Medium Grade of size not exceeding 1.50 m in length and bent to shape required and fixed with 2 Nos of Pole fitting Clamps made out of MS Flat of size 50 X 6mm, bolts, nuts, washers and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer red oxide zinc chrome primer and connecting up with three core PVC insulated, sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cable Route indicator made of CI disc 100mm dia, 6mm thick with inscription of LT Cable / 1100 Volts on both side fixed to MS angle of size 40 X 40 X 6mm, 750mm long with bolts & nuts, duly grouted in PCC, 1:2:4, Type C1 complete including necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and as directed.

(i) TPN Aluminium busbar 800 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' Class insulators not less than 1m. long. (ii) Incoming MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole breaking capacity 36 KA at 415 volts AC having Adjustable thermal and magnetic setting 01 No. (iii) Outgoing MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole breaking capacity 25 KA at 415 volts AC having Adjustable thermal and magnetic setting 02 Nos. (iv) Outgoing MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole breaking capacity 25 KA at 415 volts AC having fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting 02 Nos. (v) Digital Ammeter 0-200A of size 96 Sqmm with selector switch -01 No. (vi) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 Volt of size 96 Sqmm with selector switch -01 No. (vii)Indicator lamp LED type RYB with holder -01 set of three (viii) CT coils of suitable ratio - 01 set

Notes:- (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts washers, top insulators, sleeves spreaders provision of extra holes in bus bar etc.. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor FLRS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved from the Accepting Officer before placing order. (iv) The bus connection cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) The size of panel shall be a per designed by manufacturer and as approved by the AGE(I). (vi) The cost of PCC foundation/ excavation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of 32 x 6mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking out unserviceable earthing plate and accessories all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Taking down street lights of any capacity from electric poles/walls and refixing the same after cleaning, minor repairs/ replacements of spares complete all as specified and directed.
