M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Note :- (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Asst Garrison Engineer. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10m hight of building is included in this item.(c.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (d) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as directed. Note :- (a.) M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper mashking to be carried out before primer and paint application). (b.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Asst Garrison Engineer. M&L for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying LEEDS criteria @1 ltrs(unndiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed. Note (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Asst Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (c) contractor shall submit approved company generated 5 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & Final bill.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc( Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old treated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on internal surface of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls,chajja,fins facia ect upto 3 storie height mixed with water proofing compound(ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions,finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.(Make: Fosroc renderec HS extra single component,SICA TOP 120 HS) Note1-Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. 2.Cost of scafolding upto 3 storied height of building for rendering is included in this item. 3. Rendering will be done in two layer.1st layer will be 10mm thick and 2nd layer will be 5mm thick.

M&L for preparation of Newly plastered surfaces of walls/chajja /beams and some cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coat of cement base paint and over a alkali resistant priming coat all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening as primer with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ect complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of old treated wooden surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for writing letters of figures (Block, Roman, Italic, Indian ) not exceeding 30 cm height with thick synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc with thick synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
