Providing and fixing first aid hose reel drum wall mounting , swinging type fitted with 20mm dia 30m long high pressure type II rubber hose to I.S. 5132 with 5mm outlet gunmetal nozzle with shutoff valve (I.S. 884-444) Name of manufecture should be ambossed on the drum as well as on hose. Other fittings accessories nipple, bend, washer, Teflon tape, ball valve with gun metal.

Providing and fixing isi marked strainless stelel hydrant valve 80mm single outlet with control valve and fitted with 63mm dia instantaneous female coupling at the outlet complete, including companion flange as per table E” gunmetal blank cap and chain, nuts, bolts and 3mm thick compressed asbestos gaskets at location as per drawing (inlet flange to IS 5290-1969 Class C

Providing and fixing 63mm dia 15m long rubberlined fabric hose including strainless steel male and female instantaneous type coupling approved by the authority, machine wound with copper wire complete in all respect. Hose shall conform to I.S. 636 type II and coupling to I.S. 903-1975 with ISI certification (two per each single landing valve)

Providing and fixing standard short size strainless steel branch pipe with strainless steel nozzle 63mm dia outlet with standard instantaneous type 63 mm dia coupling (ISI marked 903)

SITC of pressure switches Suppling installation ,, testing & commissioning of pressure switches suitable for operationg with fire hydrant system for working pressure of 14.0 Kg/cm2 including electrical control wiring with suitable copper n conductor pvc insulted and seated control cable upto controlpanel. Supply , installation, testing & commissioning of automatic roof top booster pump in the roof connected to the tank with water pressure switch & automatic control panel (450LPM@35mtr head) (motor will be 7.5HP min)

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of electrically operated actuator to be incorporated in each existing main incoming switchgears of main power supply line of this building to interlock the main incoming switchgears with fire pumpb/ fire alarm control panel by remote relay release and supply and laying of 6C X 1.5 sq. mm armoured control cable from fire pump/ Fire alarm control panel to main incoming feeder pillar. The logic of interlocking between main incoming switchgears and fire pump/ fire alarm control panel shall be done in such a manner that in case of internal fire accident took place in the building power supply to the whole building shall be switched off by tripping signal from both fire alarm control panel if it is detect smoke / fire and fire pump control panel if it sense drastic pressure drop due to opening of hydrant valves and than diesel engine driven fire pump shall start automatically to supply abundant pressurize water.
