Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work uoto plinth level: 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor five level. Mild steel and Medium\Tensile steel bars.

12 mm cement plaster of mix: In cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Neat cement punning.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Supply & installation of pre painted Galvalume sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-incharge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold rolled steel coated with Znic-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn,55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A 792/A782M,ASTMA90/A90M, ASTM AS 1937, ASTM A924/A92M, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ100, colour coated with high quality polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.40mm thickness.

Supply & installation of pre painted Galvalume sheets roofing accessories in 550mpa steel steel grade, made out of Cold rolled steel coated with Znic-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A 792/A782M, ASTM A90/A90M, ASTM AS 1937, ASTM A924/A92M, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ100, colour coated with high quality polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:-Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants, as required and as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( two or more coats) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade.(Payment shall be madr after submission of test certificate issued by manufacture)

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement,trenching ,refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work- 40 mm dia. nominal outer dia
