The bidder should have prior work experience in operation and maintenance contracts in manufacturing of SME in the respective support plants. There are two cases for eligibility: i) The tenderer should be a previous proven vendor and having carried out similar type of work for at least one year. ii) In case of tenderers not covered under the first case, they must have minimum 1 year experience during the last 5 years in any SMS/SME Explosive manufacturing industry with not less than 50 workmen per day, and a turnover of at least Rs.50,00,000/- per annum in any one financial year during the previous five consecutive financial years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, it is mentioned that the order quantity can be enhanced by 25% if required during the validity period of the order. The Field Supervisor should possess minimum qualification of Diploma in Mining and having minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing of explosives. The turnover amount is Rs.50,00,000/- per annum.
