"Fabrication, Manufacturing & Transportation of Precast Prestressed Concrete elements of M45 grade design mix concrete (i) Fabrication &manufacturing of Prestressed Concrete (Pre- tensioned) elements such as panel,column etc. as per approved drawing in Controlled Factory Environment with approved methodology by using long line casting method.Concreting should be done by batch mixing plant withcapable of producing zero slump concrete, transported through mechnical arrangement & layed on the bed, finishing, curing and also provision of steam curing. Cutting, making necessary cutout/holes of required sizes for services in PSC element after achieving required strength, yard handling &stacking all complete as perapproved shop drawings &design mix as per thedirection of the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of HTS wiresshall be paid separately 2 underrelevant item). (ii)Transportation of Precast PSC Elements from casting yard to site of work by suitable Truck/Trailor with proper accessories, including the cost of loading, unloading & stacking at site with the help of required capacitycranes. (iii) The rate isinclusive of all ingredients i.e.cement, sand, aggregate,admixtures, water etc.including handling, batching,mixing, transporting, placingand vibrating of concrete,curing, scaffolding,shuttering, formwork, mould,staging, lifting arrangement as per approved drawing etc.with all lead and lift with contractor's own labour, tools & plants machineries all taxes etc complete as required for successful completion of the item. Note-1: No payment shall be made for damaged Precast elements Note-2: 70% paymentshall be madewhen PSC elements reach tosite and balance 30% payment shall be made aftererection & placement inposition. Note-3: Incase of change of size of precast PSC element, payment shall be adjusted on volumetric pro-rata basis. Erection & Installation of Precast PSC/RCC elements in correct & final position with proper line, level and plumbat site making all arrangements (i.e cranes,push-pull jacks & all other T&P) for lifting, placing, Steel Props for holding in position after Erection & Alignment of elements, 12 within erection tolerance as per IS: 15916 as per approved shop drawings and all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost of grouting shall be paid separately). Note-1: The rate is inclusiveof all contractors labour, materials including machineries, tools & plants,etc. complete. Note- 2: Incase of change of size of precast PSC element, payment shall be adjusted on volumetric pro-rata basis. "CEO.Drg.
