Southern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, the tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V = Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The bidder should have prior work experience in provision of LAN or WAN or Data connectivity. The original equipment manufacturer shall offer technical support for supply, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, warranty for equipment as per the condition laid in the tender document and RDSO/TEC specification for a period of one year from the date of commissioning, guarantee to supply spares for a minimum period of 7 years after the expiry of the warranty period. The appropriate level of satisfactory performance certificate shall be obtained from Indian Railways /Govt/PSUs/Quasi Govt, which is from JA Grade officer in Indian Railways or equivalent. The required prior work experience includes: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work.
