Alteration in existing EI of Royapuram (RPM) station M/S Kyosan EI. Redesigning of Application logic as preapproved SIP at RPM station. Redesigning of Interface Circuits as per approved SIP at RPM station. Carrying out of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at RPM station. Carrying out of Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at RPM station. Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modification EI system as per Modified SIP.Instalation ,Testing & Commissioning of modification EI system as per modified SIP. This work includes necessary alterations of the software, hardware, wiring, validation of datalogger & alteration in datalogger wiring up to CMU to suit the revised signaling plan (For RPM 1 station).Supply of Alteration As made documents: As made shall be prepared by the contractor in AUTOCAD 2000 or latest in A3 size. On execution of the work, one copy of the "As made" check print alongwith soft copy of the drawings shall be submitted for checking. The final negatives shall be made in tracing sheet (80 to 90 GSM) and submitted to Rly for approval. On approval, the contractor shall submit along with the negatives, Six sets of documents duly making neatly bound booklets. Out of 6 sets, 2 sets of drawings and other plans shall be kept in transparent plastic cover (Two sheets back to back in one plastic cover) and handed over to Railways. This includes one set drawings in soft copy in AUTOCAD format. Initially contractor has to submit one set of hard copy for checking and approval. On approval remaining 6 sets shall be prepared on reproducible tracing film and in the form of Ammonia prints as per Rly practice.
