The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in collection and supply of stone ballast/Road metal. However, specific values and percentages of similar works completed are mentioned in general terms: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, for composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder needs to submit a work experience certificate issued by a Government Organisation or a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The certificate should be accompanied by relevant documents such as a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, and TDS certificates.
