The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder, 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - For Diploma holders in Civil Engineering, 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers. Additionally, the bidder should employ technical personnel with the following experience: - A. Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 5 years as a project manager in construction of bridge project - B. Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 5 years experience in bridge construction works - C. Others (Supervisor): 3 years in road/bridge The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs.201.43 Lakhs under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should have completed satisfactorily at-least one “bridge” work of similar nature with value not less than 50% of the value put to tender. The cumulative financial turnover from civil engineering constructions in the last three years should be not less than Rs.604.28 Lakhs, which is 150% of the estimated value. The annual minimum financial turnover of the Applicant in any one of the preceding three years should be more than 50% of the estimated value. The specific values mentioned are: 201.43 (50% value), and 604.28 (150% value).
