The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of "Bridge" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years in Government or Quasi-Government Organization only. The value of similar bridgeworks to be considered is more than Rs. Lakhs. Specifically, the bidder should have completed satisfactorily at least one "Bridge" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, which is 298.43 lakhs (50% of the estimated value). The bidder should also have a minimum annual financial turnover of more than 50% in any one of the preceding five years, which is 298.43 lakhs, and a minimum cumulative financial turnover of not less than 150% from civil engineering constructions in the last five years, which is 895.29 lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works as a prime contractor on Bridge construction works of similar nature costing at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last Five years period. For technical personnel, the experience required is: - One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with Five years experience in Civil Engineering works - Or not less than one Retired Sub-Divisional Officers plus one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering or Two Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five and five years experience respectively for works valued between Rs.10.00 Lakhs to Rs.25.00 Lakhs. - For works valued between Rs.25.00 Lakhs to Rs.50.00 Lakhs, one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with Five years experience or not less than one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, Or Assistant Divisional Engineer) Plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: - For a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder, 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - For a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers.
