The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). Additionally, Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers are also eligible. The bidder should have completed satisfactorily at least one "bridge" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, under a "single agreement" in any one of the preceding 'three" years in Government or Quasi Government Organization only. A specific value of Rs. 353.00 Lakhs is mentioned as the single work value, which is 50% of the estimated value. The bidder should also have a minimum annual financial turnover of more than 50% of the estimated value, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, for which bid has been invited, with a specific value of more than Rs. 353.00 Lakhs in any one of the preceding "Three" years. The minimum cumulative financial turnover should be 150% of the estimated value, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, of works for which bid has been invited from the civil engineering constructions in the last three years, with a specific value of Rs. 1059.00 Lakhs.
