The bidder should have completed works costing at least 50% of the estimate value under a single contract within the last three years period. The annual financial turnover of the bidder in each of the preceding three years should be more than 50% of the Tender Value. The minimum cumulative financial turnover in the past three financial years should be 150% of the Tender Value. Given the tender value of Rs. 25,90,00,000/-, the required prior work experience includes a building work with a value of at least 50% of Rs. 25,90,00,000/-, which is Rs. 12,95,00,000/-, and an annual financial turnover of more than 50% of Rs. 25,90,00,000/-, which is Rs. 12,95,00,000/-, and a cumulative financial turnover of at least 150% of Rs. 25,90,00,000/-, which is Rs. 38,85,00,000/-. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past three years. Details of major building works and other civil engineering construction works completed during the past three years should be furnished, including name of work, value of work, name of employer, agreement number, period of completion, and time taken for completing the work. A certificate issued by the Engineer-in-Charge clearly showing the details of the work should also be provided. The bidder is required to provide details of similar building works in Annexure D-1 and works already committed and in progress in Annexure D-2. The actual value of work executed as per the final payment should be compared to the value of work as per the agreement to determine the percentage of work completed. The value of similar works completed is required to be more than Rs.150.00 lakhs, which is 0.58% of the tender value of Rs. 25,90,00,000/-. The required percentage of similar works completed is 50% of the estimate value.
