The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) and Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.1,98,90,000/- under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should also have completed satisfactorily at least one "Bridge" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is 50% of the estimated value, with a specific amount of 198.90 lakhs. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature costing at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The annual minimum financial turnover of the Applicant in any one of the preceding three years should be more than 198.90 lakhs, and the minimum cumulative financial turnover in the last three years should be 596.70 lakhs. The bidder should also have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past Five years.
