The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.4,17,40,000/- under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should have completed major road works and other civil engineering construction works in the past five years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed satisfactorily at least one "Bridge" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The value mentioned is 50% of the estimated value, with a specific amount of 417.40 lakhs (which is 50% of the estimated value). The percentage of similar works completed is at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The bidder's annual financial turnover should be more than Rs.4,17,40,000/- in any one of the preceding three years, and the cumulative financial turnover should be not less than Rs.12,52,20,000/- from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past Five years. The required educational qualification and experience include having a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) and Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers.
