The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing at least one Bridge work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), under a single agreement in any one of the preceding 'Three' years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations only. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past Five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Single work: 50% of the value put to tender - Minimum financial turnover in any one of the preceding "Three" years: 50% (amount: Rs. 106.28 lakhs) - Minimum cumulative financial turnover in last "Three" years: 150% (amount: Rs. 318.83 lakhs) Additionally, the bidder should have working capital available at least sufficient to finance one month current activity on the assumption that this work is awarded to the applicant, on being qualified. For specific personnel, the required prior work experience is: - For a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder, 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - For a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, 2 years of experience (or) retired Junior Engineers.
