The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past Five years. They should have completed satisfactorily at least one "Bridge" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), under a single agreement in any one of the preceding 'Three' years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations only. The estimated value for this work is 123.28 lakhs, and the bidder should have completed a similar bridge work with a value of at least 50% of this amount, which is 61.64 lakhs. The bidder should not have abandoned any work/works of similar nature and magnitude in India during the last "Five" years. Additionally, it is stated that any contracts awarded to the bidder should not have been terminated or rescinded due to breach of contract on the bidder's part during the last "Five" years. The required prior work experience for the bidder's technical personnel includes having a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). Additionally, Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers are also eligible. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender, which is 61.64 lakhs for bridge work, and at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender for road construction works. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature, specifically road construction works, with a value of at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one Bridge work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs. 123.28 Lakh under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years.
