The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works during the last seven years. The similar works should have a value of at least one of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to each of Rs. 95.59 lakh (Excluding GST), - Two similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to each of Rs. 119.49 lakh (Excluding GST), - One similar completed work costing not less than an amount equal to Rs. 191.18 lakh (Excluding GST). The bidder should have completed at least 90% of the contract value as a prime contractor or as a nominated/approved sub-contractor. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience in Operation and Maintenance/Construction of 2/4/6 lane highway. The required prior work experience includes: - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 119.49 lakh (Excluding GST). - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 191.18 lakh (Excluding GST). The bidder is also required to have completed at least 75% of the value of indented work in any 3 indents issued by the Engineer. In terms of values and percentages, the following are mentioned: - Rs. 95.59 lakh (Excluding GST) for three similar completed works - Rs. 119.49 lakh (Excluding GST) for two similar completed works - Rs. 191.18 lakh (Excluding GST) for one similar completed work - 90% of the contract value - 75% of the value of indented work - 20% as the percentage to apply to the value of work not completed, representing the Employer's additional cost for completing the work.
