Sch 'A' Part- VIII - MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (Note : This schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rate in Green field under column 6)

S&F Sheet metal enclosure for 4 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door, VTPN with 200 amps rated bus bar, IP-43 protection suitable for fixing MCCB's/MCB"S/lsolators complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bracket made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe of 1.2 m length bent to required shape suitable for fixing building security light on wall with two Nos clamps made out 40mm X 6mm flat with suitable nuts and bolts including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level )with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connecting with galvanized iron GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and provision of GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked)of size 15mm for protection of GI earth wire up to test point, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil, all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth wire up to 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing.

Cutting the existing GI pipe of 100 mm dia and required length in position for inserting new Tees, branches etc. including fitting excavation, refilling, ramming complete

Construction of masonry valve chamber of size 600 x 600 x 1000 mm internal size, 100 mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D2, over 15 cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick masonry blocks casted using PCC 1:3:6, type C1, set in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick plaster to internal surfaces, external surfaces upto 15 cm below ground level and top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, 5 mm thick MS sheet cover including 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick, MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 coping with 25 mm x 6 mm flat iron hold fasts, handles, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and shown on drawings.
