The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully carried out Haulage & Housekeeping works at any of the PSU/Government/Private parties at any of the locations in Tamil Nadu. The bidder should have completed similar nature of work with one of the following options: - 03 similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.213.01 Lacs, which is 30% of the estimated value including GST. - 02 similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.284.01 Lacs, which is 40% of the estimated value including GST. - 01 similar completed work costing not less than Rs.355.01 Lacs, which is 50% of the estimated value including GST. The work experience value submitted by the bidder shall be annualized, and the work order should contain similar work items. The bidder is also required to have completed similar construction projects in the last five years, with a minimum of one-year satisfactory proof of work completion certificate.
