The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having worked as a prime contractor with an average annual turnover of 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 150.02 lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years. The contract should be for Highway Road and/or Bridge works/Airport contract. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 150.02 lakhs. - Minimum quantities of works, such as 15.80 Cum of DBM/BM and 700.96 Cum of BC, in any one year during the last five years. - The bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities of at least Rs. 37.51 Lakhs, which is 10% of the estimated value of the contract. - The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 375.05 Lakhs. - Average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 150.02 lakhs, over the last five years.
