The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs.235.00 Lakhs. The bidder should have achieved average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.94.00 lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should also have successfully completed at least one contract of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs.94.00 lakhs, in any one year within the last five years. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 10% of the contract applied for, which is Rs.23.50 lakhs.
