Supplying and fixing following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN Main distribution board double door of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted Size 1000x800x300 mm, inclusive of 200 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCCB’s, with of 125 amps Four Pole 25 KA MCCB as incomer, interconnection between incomer MCCB and bus bars (but without MCB’s/ MCCB) as required. Supplying , Fixing & Testing of Pedestal mounted (04 nos leg of size 300mm) 3 Phase 415 volts. Feeder Pillar Panel (Size1500mmX1400mmX450mm) made of CRCA Sheet 14 SWG(2.0mm), Powder coated painting on a suitable size angle iron frame (MS angle base for grouting in the RCC and proper gland in the bottom) with required hardware such as nuts, bolts, washers, provision for earthing with 25mmx5mm GI strip on both sides of the feeder pillar panel, complete with Ammeter & Voltmeter along with selector switches and CTs, LED indicating lamps for each phase with the technical specification as given below- (a) Incomming:-400A, 4 Pole, 35KA MCCB (b) Outgoing:-3 nos 100A & 02 nos 63A, 4 Pole, 16KA(as per drawing) ( c) Busbar:-200A (d)The feeder pillar will be having one 10 Amp 3 pin socket outlet with 10 Amp switch and one brass batten holder fitted in metering panel compartment and directly fed from incoming. (e)The overall dimensions of the feeder pillar shall be 1500mmX1400mmX450mm (Length x Width x depth) and thickness of the CRCA sheet shall be 14 SWG.(2.0mm) (f) MS Angle iron size for frame shall be L40x6mm (g) Feeder pillar panel shall be of class IP-55 & a canopy shall be provided at its top to protect the feeder pillar panel against the rain & sunlight. (h) Feeder pillar panel shall be of double door type (both side front & back) with provision of gasket. (i) Powder coating shade shall be RAL 7032 with a thickness of 80 micron minimum. (j) Lifting hook to be provided top of the feeder pillar for easy handling of Feeder Pillar Panel. (k) CT Ratio of energy meter should be as per inncomer 400/5

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC Casing Capping, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box/PVC box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group A
