M&L Multi Stage cleaning and sterilization consisting of three stages of Bacteriological screening by UV Rays of Raw water tanks / Sedimentation tanks / clear water tanks complete as per following (i) draining out the water by opening the wash out valve. (ii) Cleaning all algae formation and removing the accumulated silt from bottom bed and side walls by brushing with Nylon brush, removing other sticky or foreign materials from adhering surfaces and washing inside surfaces with chemical mentioned. (iii) fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (iv) Bacteria screening and degermification by using chemical mentioned. (v) cleaning floor of tank by industrial vaccum cleaner (vi) second bacteria screening and sterilization using UV rays within tank (vii) Sterilization of floor of Tank including writing letters / figures boldly and solidly “TANK CLEANED ON ____(Date of cleaning)”with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) having a height of letter 5cm with obliterating the old one (Test certificate from Govt Lab mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted before using for sterilization). complete all as specified and as directed of the following capacity and type of water tanks:- NOTE:- (i) The work shall be carried out through specialized agency. (ii) Company will submit Govt lab test Cert confirming the completion of sterlization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. (iii) All the cleaning and sterilization staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage.

Supply & fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, 2000 litres capacity, ISI marked multi layer constriction (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted & fixed in position including supply and fixing of 25mm bore Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe of having weight not less than 455 gms including connection complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling of old unserviceable water tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Raw water tank of capacity 1.00 Lakh gallons (Approx inner Size 12.8x7.80x4.70m.)

Taking out old rusted/damaged GI tubing and replacing with new GI tubing medium grade ISI Marked laid in trenches/laid under floor including all new fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees, bends etc and short length complete all as specified.
