Supply, fabricating and fixing sheet cladding near bottom wheels (2 Nos of wheels) each of size 300mm x 100mm x 3mm of motorised hangar door panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repalcement of ball bearings of each bottom wheel for suitable size and strength as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of bottom iron wheel shaft of wheels as well as nuts, bolt etc. as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of existing upper roller of hangar motorised door panel of size 70mm X 50 mm for repair of unserviceable part and fixing after repair/servicing complete roller as per existing included the followings:- (i) The work shall be carried out by authorised agency/ contractor which has completed work in Hangar Door field. (ii) All welding work included for fixing for upper roller shall be deemded to be included in unit quoted rates. (iii) Cost of necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair/fixing etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) The spare parts used for repair is measured and paid separetaly in appropriate item of schedule. M&L for smoothing the outer rough surface of roller by lath work or electric machine work to enable wheels movements on upper track is smooth and functional complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repalcement of ball bearings of upper roller for suitable size and strength as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of top iron roller shaft of roller as well as nuts, bolt etc. as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing MS supporting roller base plate of size 150 mm width, thickness 7.00mm at each door panel (7 Nos at each panel) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All welding work included for reapir/fixing for top base plate shall be deemded to be included in unit quoted rates. (ii) Cost of necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair/fixing etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in replacement of door support top and bottom made of MS Clamp fixed/ welded on door panel as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of bottom door Track cleaner brush fixed on bottom of door panel as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of door track with use of chisel/brush/electric machine etc for smooth movements of door panels on the track of length approx 500 Metre complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cement concrete/PCC work wherever is required under above item, where the surface/track is damped/blocks or not smooth the same shall be provided and rate shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone of gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand of crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.01.14 and table-9 of IRC 15-2017 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for alignement of guide rail including all necessary repair/replacement works complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling all the mechanical and electrical connection of Hanger Door panel for opening of chain pulley and gear assembly from bottom wheels of hanger door panel for repair/replacement of unserviceable part and fixing after repair/repalcement and complete servicing as per exixsting included the followings:- (i) The minor/Major part of Gear box for repair/replacement shall be deemded to be included in unit quoted rates. (ii) All welding work included for reapir/fixing for bottom wheel shall be deemded to be included in unit quoted rates. (iii) Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board triple pole & neutral 415 volts 4 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,Installating, testing and commissioning of factory made automation panel board, indoor type ,size 600mm X 600 mm X300 mm metal enclosed fixed on wall for MS pole with suitable arragement like nut,bolt/welding etc suitable for indoor installation,factory assembled in bolted design fabricated from 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet steel frame work and painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint, degree of protection IP-54 as per IS-13947,which Controls the operations of 3 Nos of 3HP existing electrical motors, Limit switchs,hooters/blinker,Emergency switchs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.The Remote panel board is directly connected with Main Control panel board through suitable size of cable and suitalble size of length and comprises the followings including taking down old panel board:- (i) Forward switch-03 Nos (ii) Reverse Switch-03 Nos (iii) Stop switche -03 Nos (iv) Forward switch indicator-03 Nos (v) Reverse switch indicator-03 Nos (vi) Stop switch indicator-03 Nos (vii) Tripping indicator-03 Nos (viii) Emergency switch-01 No Note:-(i) The Forward/reverse/Stop switches and indicators is directly linked with Limit switches and for operartion of electric driven three thase motor.

Supply, installation and testing in replacement Heavy Duty Limit Switches Type NLL2 else as existing with IP 67 degree of protection for Motor operated Hanger Doors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, mounting and installing Hooter/Blinker on top of Hanger Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the unserviceable, burnt existing electric motor,3 phase,3 HP capacity from gear box of hanger doors and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing size & make and refix the same complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repalcement of copper cable confirming to IS 694:1990, FRLSH ,1100 Volt 1.5 sqmm 2 core cable complete including PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm , hevay duty ISI marked , fixed with clamp with hanger door panel or fixed on cable tray etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The cable is connected between limit switches and remote panel to Hooters/Blinker. (ii) Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) The one unit length of PVC Conduit of size not less than 20 mm and one unit length of said 2 core cable is measured as one unit length.

S&F in repalcement of copper cable confirming to IS 694:1990, FRLSH ,1100 Volt 2.5 sqmm 4 core cable complete including clamping on cable tray/Door panel etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The cable is connected between Remote panel and Electric motor. (ii) Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable flood light luminaire of HPSV/MH,with LED flood light fitting consist of PDC aluminium housing in powder coated die-casting power coated in gray finish,high power LED with IP 66 protection, fins are provided on housing ,heat resistant tempered glass for protection with 5 KV surge protection of 150 W LED 5700K complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair of high raised high bay / medium bay /low bay luminaires,security light /high mast light fittings etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in replacement of HPSV/MH High bay light fitting with highbay luminare LED light fitting 200 watts, system wattage: 200 W, Lumen package : 24000 Lm, luminaire efficacy: 120 Lm/W, four stage electrical protection : over/under voltage protection, short circuit and reverse polarity protection, Over temperature protection, Die-cast aluminium housing with dedicated optics for excellant beam distribution, Life: 50000 Hrs @L70, colour temperature : 5700K + 300K, surge protection of internal 4KV and external 4KV complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of neccessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair of high raised high bay / medium bay / low bay luminaires, suitable hanging items such as clamps/hooks/down rod etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600 mmx600 mm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth plate not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized GI strip 25X4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel including PCC pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC frame with 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars handle. including excavation and earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore main board complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to main control board all as specified and testing on completion. Note: (i) Excavation earthwork charcoal PCC pit is covered under this item including taking out existing earth plate etc. complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip 25 x 4mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.
