Periodical maintenance of 1250 KVA capacity DG Set at 184 MH (Make-Cummins) and ensuring smooth functioning of DG Set complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) All necessary Spare parts required for maintenance of DG Set to be provided by the contractor are as under :- (a) Bypass Filter element with 'O' Ring (b) Oil Filter element with 'O' Ring (c) Air Filter element inner and outer with 'O' Ring (d) Fuel Filter element with 'O' Ring (e) Fan belt (if required). (ii) The rate quoted shall include the maintenance & repairs and not inclusive of major repair / overhauling of DG Set. In case of any dispute between contractor & GE regarding this aspect, the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (iii) All spare parts for repair are to be procured from manufacturer’s authorised dealer only. (iv) All tools, testing instruments are to be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport. (v) The fixing/labour element for items catered here-in-after as “Supply only” shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

All as per serial item No 1.00 here-in-before but 180 KVA to 320 KVA capacity DG Set at KLP Pump House (Make-Cummins), Raj Canal Pump House (Kirloskar) and KLP Filteration Plant (make-Cummins) of DG Sets and ensuring smooth functioning of DG Set complete all as specified and as directed.
