Grassing with 'Doobs grass including watering and maintenance and first cutting of grass by machine . The grassing shall be grown in rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction after development of lawn by planting caked best quality grass including necessary preparation of ground by digging and removal of existing unserviceable earth and providing fresh earth suitable for grass providing vermi compost manure/fertilizer and pesticides etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of 3 mtr dia Ring fountain circular with one number Jet Fountain and 60 Nos adjustable ring nozzle welded to GI pipe or as per requirement comprising of following E/M fitting (All E/M fittings and items execept Jet Fountain & Adjustable nozzle shall be masured and paid separately) all as shown in Drg and all as specified :- (a) One 5 HP open well submersible pump. (b) 18 Watt RGB Fountain Light. (c) RGB light controller and driver. (d) 3 core 2.5 Sqmm and 4 core 1 Sqmm cable as required. (e) Required water pipes & fittings. The specification for construction of circular fountain structure shall be as under :- (a) Excavation and earth work in soft/fdn loose soil. (b) PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in fdn. (c) Brick work in CM 1:4. (d) 15 mm plaster using water proofing compound on both face. (e) Flooring : 7 mm thick Non-skid coloured glazed ceramic tiles over 15 mm thick cement sand mortar in 1:3 over 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 over 150mm thick hard core. (f) Wall internal and external face : 7 mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles over 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:3. (g) Plinth protection : 75 cm wide plinth protection comprising of 75 mm thick hard core and 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified.

Complete maintenance of plants & grass provided under the contract with watering and including weeding, hoeing, pruning, application of good earth, manure insecticide fungicide & fertilizer all as reauired for proper groth of plants and doob for 4 months(@ 12000/months) from date of completion of work.

Supply and fix XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sq. mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays etc not exceeding d getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable screened washed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable all as directed.

Supplying and laying Brick cover with sub-class ‘B’ (Klin burnt clay old size bricks) laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjecent bricks not exc 5 mm for UG cable for protection.

Supply and lay Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised,with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of size 25 mm dia.

Supply and lay Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised,with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of size 15 mm dia.

Supply and fix Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or forunions and fixed ball Valve 15 mm for stand post

Supply and fixing poly carbonate junction box , weather and vermin proof of size 400X300X190 including provn of 4 Nos aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm size bus bar three phase and neutral suitabely mounted on bus bar insulators , including one No. MCB TPN 32 Amps for connection of Pump,drilling of holes.Provn of suitable size of GI nuts, bolts, double washer and GI clamps of suitable size for taking connections and fixing on LT steel tubular poles complete with locking arrangement complete. Supply and fix GI pipe of 40 mm dia. light grade for cable protection under road/drain complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 core copper flat submercible cable of size 2.5 sqmm including all connecting items complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 5 HP 3 phase 440V, 50 Hz openwell submercible pump set for fountain and fountain nozzles including all fitting fixtures and connecting items complete all as specified and directed. Make - Kirloskar model no. KOS-520 + 5 HP or Equivalent

Supply and fix DOL starter three phase direct on line type for 5 HP capacity openwell submercible pumps including all connecting items and submercible cable from starter to pump complete all as specified and directed. Make- L&T model no. Pradhan or equivalent.

Supply and fix RGB water proof IP 68 under water LED lights of 12 watt for fountain including driver and controller of suitable capacity and connection cable from DB complete all as specified and directed. Make- Generic Brand or Equivalent model.

Supply and fix 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC flexible copper connection cable for connections to lights/Pump or Starter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting of existing steel tubing 50/80 mm dia. For connection of 25 mm dia GI pipe including all fittings and necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed
