The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, in the last five years. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The experience on similar works can be demonstrated by providing information on the identification number of contract, name of contract, location of works, type of works, country, name of employer, employer's address, nature of works and special features relevant to the contract, value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, contract duration, and specified requirements. The bidder should have completed a maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should also provide testimonials or clients' certificates in support of their claim, including the value of similar works completed. Additionally, the bidder should have an available bid capacity, which is more than the estimated value of the project/work, and should be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. The bidder's prior work experience is assessed based on the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bid capacity of the prospective bidders will be calculated as under: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A* N* 2 - B), where A = Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year, N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the Project/Works, and B = Value of existing commitments. The bidder should provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded, including the contract value, percentage of completion, and outstanding amount. The bidder should also submit an affidavit/undertaking that all the statements made in the required attachments are true and correct. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the estimated value of the project/work, and they should have a good financial standing.
