The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil works construction business during the last five years as a prime contractor, partner in joint venture, or sub-contractor. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed within the last five years one of the following: - one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 554.60 lac), with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 60% of the estimated cost (Rs. 415.95 lac). - two similar completed works costing not less than 50% each of the estimated cost (Rs. 346.62 lac), with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 30% of the estimated cost (Rs. 207.97 lac). - three similar completed works costing not less than 40% each of the estimated cost (Rs. 277.30 lac), with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 20% of the estimated cost (Rs. 138.65 lac). The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of more than the total estimated cost of the Works, i.e., Rs.6,93,24,748/-. The bidder should also provide information on their experience in various fields of civil engineering, including construction of roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects. Specific roles and their required experience are: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience as Project Manager on Highway, bridge construction, and Maintenance works. - Dy Project Manager: 5 years as Dy. Project Manager/Manager on Highway, bridge construction, and Maintenance works. - Site Engineer: 5 years of experience in road and Bridge construction. - Incident cum, Road property Manager cum Route Operation Manager: 3 years of experience on highway property management and maintenance. - Road Safety Auditor: 3 Years’ Experiences with a Road Safety Audit Certificate. - Quality cum Material Engineer: 5 years of experience in the relevant field. The available BID capacity will be calculated as per the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A* N* 2.5 – B + C), where A = Maximum value of civil works excluding the amount of bonus, and the bidder should have an assessed available bid capacity of more than the total estimated cost of the works. The bidder should provide complete audited financial statements for the last five years and information on their equipment and personnel capabilities to execute the contract. The bidder should have the necessary experience and capabilities to execute the contract, including operation and maintenance, routine maintenance, and incident management of the six-lane Panipat-Jalandhar section of NH-1 (New NH-44) from Km 272.000 to Km 387.100 in the state of Punjab. The bidder should provide information on their past experience in executing similar contracts, but the exact percentage of similar works completed is not mentioned.
