Material and labour for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand omplete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metres mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing from site complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labou for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement morter 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. Of any description complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar omplete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick as skirting/dado over rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 ,laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sq m but not exceeding 4 Sq m each complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement including Preparing new plastered ceiling surafces of any description and applying three coats of white wash complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing clear glass, 3mm thick ordinary quality, in any shape, not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane including and glazing with oil putty and hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads in wooden/steel window complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel, plain, black sheet of 1.25mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete(re-inforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level (reinforcement cut tas required to facilitate demolition) complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concretetype type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) (Nominal mix) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete, all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick rough finished surface of concrete flat complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered wall surafces of any description and applying three coats of white wash complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coatd of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete for One light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated sheathed multi-stranded, copper conductor FRLS grade cable of 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked, not less than 20mm bore with conduit accessories concealed on wall and ceiling/roof etc, with provn for fixing modular metal flush boxes not less than 1.0 mm thick of suitable modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover as top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS, sheathed, 1100 volt grade,multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly complete, all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Modular metal flush boxes concealed in wall with suitable cover plate for mounting switch, sockets, regulator etc. and cost of cutting chases & making good as existing to disturbed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates. (ii) Modular fittings/fixtures such as switch, socket, regulator, etc., shall be measured and paid separately as under relevant item.

Supply and fixing of Dusk & dawn roadway luminaries 45 Watt, 230 V AC, 5700K outdoor type with epoxy black powder coated sheet of make: Havells or equivalent make of Philips/Crompton, high pressure die-cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, PF95%, THD10%, Lumen4500 lm with IP 65/66 protection complete incl connecting wire with flexible PVC insulated copper cables from ceiling rose to fitting including driver, lamp bracket made of 32mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipe made to shape having overall length not exceeding 1.5 mtr, through mild steel clamp of 25mm width and four Nos. nuts, bolts & washers of 12mm dia, 100mm long fixed to wall with all other fittings complete and testing complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable Ceiling fan, ceiling cable end, etc., removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, hanging the ceiling fan with down rod after rewiring including clamps, hooks, holdfasteners etc and connecting up, including making electric connection from ceiling rose to fan complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan, heavy duty, steel body AC single Phase, 230V of size 300mm sweep, with blades and frame and louvers complete of make Havells/Crompton/Orient, fixed/grouted to wall with suitable bolts, nuts etc., and connecting up with & including 3 core flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan including cutting hole suitable for fixing exhaust fan complete, all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm single core, multi-stranded PVC insulated, FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade with copper conductor drawn through and including concealed non metalic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked, suitable size with conduit fittings and accessories concealed in wall/ceiling/floor including 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm multistranded PVC insulated FRLS, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly incl taking down old unsv one from site complete, all as specified and directed. NOTE: Two runs of 1.5 sqmm copper cable and one run of 1.5 sqmm copper cable alongwith non metallic PVC conduit/conduit accessories will be measured as one unit length

Supply and fixing of distribution board made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof, double door, SPN 8 way, 240 volts grade with 200 Amps insulated rated bus bar with nickel plated brass, isolated neutral bar and door earthing, earth bar IP- 43 protection with poly urithene (PU) gasketing, IK-08 Mechanical impact resistance, flush to wall, including testing suitable for fixing MCB SPN, SP etc, including taking down old unsv one from site complete, all as specified and directed. NOTE: Necessary blank plates if required any to cover the blank MCB's place in DB and the rate shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing MCB of SP 5 to 32 Amps current carrying capacity, 240V, 10KA 'C' curve, ISI marked, fixed in the MCB DB complete conforming to IS/IEC-60898-1 2002 with connection testing and commissioning including taking down old unsv one from the site complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised iron mild steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earth lead of GI wire of size 4mm dia by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts & washers and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 25mm dia from earth plate to Panel/DBs and water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade from top of the earth electrode raised upto a level of 50cm above ground level, MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in earthing pit of size 30x30x30cm in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 incl exposed surfaces smoth finished with 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6), RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 40mm thick with 2 Nos. MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover, Angle iron frame made out of 40x40x4mm angle iron for 30x30mm PCC pit for holding the pit cover including providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete, all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) Cost of excavation, earth work, watering pipe, test point, MS Funnel with wire mesh and PCC pit with cover will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor against these items. (b) On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor & no extra cost will be given to the contractor.

Supply and Laying in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossings/paths/drains/ ducts/floors/along poles/equipments etc, of LT cable under ground, heavy duty, armoured, XLPE insulated with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of 6 Sqmm 2 core cross sectional areas including connecting up using suitable size aluminium lugs testing and commissioning complete, all as specified and directed. NOTE: Excavation, earthwork, cable protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and laying double wall corrugated (DWC) high density poly ethylene (HDPE) of size 40mm dia including all necessary fittings, PN-4 rating, pressure 6 Kgf/cm², conforming to IS-16205 (Part-24) with high ring stiffness & cursh resistance capacity, etc., laid in trench for protection of submersible flat cable complete, all as specified and directed.
