Material & labour for machine cut kota stone slab, not less than 15mm thick as per sample kept in GEs office as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 75mm thick Cement concrete type (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base/base of floor complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled factory made shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneers on both sides.The size of rail and style as per IS–1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts 150mm of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing box type steel windows comprised of tubular frame and shutters made out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet tube factory made with double side shuters wire gauged shutter & glass glazed shutter (wire cloth and glass panes shall be measured and paid separately) with side hung shutters with steel handle and steel peg stay dovetailed or welded including 2 Nos tower bolts of 150mm long for each leaf and 10mm square bar grills at spacing as shown on Drg welded to FI frame work, including other fittings, hinges, handles, tarred hold fasts, PCC blocks etc all as shown on Drg No CEPZ-TD-354/09 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for APP modified roof treatment over non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane, Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gsm/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450/sqcm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

Material & labour 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement but using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified. Note : Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material exc. 250m but n.exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Point wiring using FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor earth wire drawn through and including concealed PVC conduit of appropriate size not less than 20 mm dia and 1.8 mm thick including all fittings viz tees, bend, junction box and pressed steel sunken box 60 mm deep & 1.6 mm thick duly painted inside and anticorrosive out side for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of suitable size, connecting earth for light/fan/bell point including cutting chases in walls and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed .
