EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches ,duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment )

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of HT 11 KV (Earthed) XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, electric power cable, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade confirming to IS 7098/11/85 ammended upto date, of size 3 core 95 sqmm ISI marked, including suitable size of cable glands, cable lugs etc., laid in trenches, fixing on poles with clamps or laid under floors or passing through pipes/ducts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: 1. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and cable protection cover shall be measured and paid seperately under the respective items of schedule. 2. Cable length exceeding one drum length (exceeding 500 RM length) shall be tested at FACTORY Premises before dispatch in presence of Rep of Accepting Offr within overall cost coated. 3. Cable to be tested in the presence of Engr-in-Charge after laying in the trench.

Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning and cable protection cover shall be measured and paid seperately under the respective items of schedule. 2. Cable length exceeding one drum lenght (exceeding 500 RM length) shall be tested at FACTORY Premises before dispatch in presence of Rep of AO within overall cost coated. 3. Cable to be tested in the presence of Engr-in-Charge after laying in the trench.

Supply, install, commissioning testing of transformer, energy efficient as per IS-1180 Part-1: 2014 and BEE certified Level-2, step down 11KV/433V outdoor type copper wound 160 KVA Capacity with necessary, standard fittings of capacity 160 KVA 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles vetor group Dyn-11 having primary (HT) voltage of 11 KV and secondary (LT) voltage of 433 V off load tap changing gear to provide volts with tapping on primary side having steps of + 2.5% from (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% in equal steps of 2.5% each so as to vary voltage on secondary side including first fill of transformer oil, the transformer shall be delta connected on 11KV side & star connected on secondary side with neutral brought out including provn of HT busing on HV (delta connection) side & LT cable box on LV (star connection) side complete all as specified and directed .Note : 1. Pre dispatch inspection shall be carried out by the rep of Accepting Officer 2. Pre commissioning test shall be carried out by IEM/SrEI. 3. Drawing of platform must got approved from GE before execution and including suitable size of platform as recommended by the OEM. 4.Drawing of Transformer shall be approved by GE Before placing order.

Notes for Item No- 42 to 44 (a) All armoured cables shall enter through bottom of the feeder pillar duly glanded and socketed and connected to MCCB/cable terminal. Cost of glanding socketing etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate of feeder pillar. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables (power and control wiring ) should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required. (d) White acrylic marker plate (for feeder / switch marking ) to be provided with black lettering by heat press machine as indicated in drawing and to be pasted over the panel door/near the cable connector with high quality adhesive. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) All MCCBs/instruments/MCBs/Bus Bar shall be housed in a separate housing with on-off latches in the housing (g) Space for provn of one extra MCCB should be provided in the panel. (g) Drg of LT Panel shall be approved by the GE before placing order.

Supply &Fixing of Cable route indicator shown "HT UG cables" painted in brown colour and root of cable with aero made of CI in suitable eleiptical shape and fixed in MS flate 50X6mm 70cm long ( all word embosed) and embaded in PCC block of size 30 x 30 x 60cm in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rain Water Harvesting Works Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in position PVC plain casing pipe, heavy duty of size 150mm dia with wall thickness 7.5 to 8.5 mm conforming to IS-4985 having male threads at splgot end and female threads at socket endscrewd and socket type in all jointing accessories.

Providing, Laying, compaction of wet mix macadam (WMM) conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision),250 mm thick (compacted thickness, 125 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed graded stone aggregates and granular material (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm), grading of aggregates as per Table 400 -13 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (fifth Revision) ,including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads &lifts laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and comfacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , required gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified. Notes : 1 . The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each of 125 mm thick (Compacted thickness). 2. For payment purpose, both layers shall be considered as one unit.

Preparation of un-surfacced Wet mix maccadam (WMM) surfaces by sweeping clean by broom or machanical sweepers and removing completely all loose material and other foreign ad finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat on un-surfaced mix macadam surfaces conforming to Clause 502 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with ccationic bituminous emulsion SS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887 (latest edition) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified .

Providing, laying & compaction of Bituminous Macadam (BM) 50 MM compacted thickness conforming to clauses 504 of MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), using mechanically crushed stone aggregates and granual material etc. of grading 11 as per table 500-7 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) premixed with bituminous binder, bitumen grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by wait of total mix)prepared in Batch Type Hot Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity transported to site by tibbers , laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 3.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Mix Design for bituminous macadam shall be got designed from NIT/CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 3.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.4 of MORT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ , it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 55.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

Applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion(RS-1) conforming to IS;8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013,using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer conforming to clauses 507 of MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), including cost of coarse aggregates fine aggregates, filler, 5.5% binder 9paing Bitumen grade VG-30 content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregaters of grading 2, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives (quantity, quality and garde as per the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives as per design in Hot Plant (Batch Type) of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks, or any other a pproved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, required quality contorl tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified . Note -(i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen cntent shall not be less than 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MORT&H specifications (FifthRevision). (ii) The cost of material, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing chargesfor various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be incuded in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty ass specified in respective items of BOQ , it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 MoRT&H specifications entire surface during the operation shal be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H Spectifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quooted rate.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete, all as specified and directed.
