M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing of Grease Separator (NS-07) suitable for underground installation. The Grease Separator should be made from polyethylene for longer life. The Grease Separator should be capable of cleaning via shaft manhole cover, emptying via suction line. Top cover of the Grease Separator plant shall be made from cast iron cover having clear opening of minimum 600 mm diameter. The cover shall be odour-free when closed. The weight of the cover should not be less than 40 kg, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The contractor will submit the drawings of grease trap & fittings from the manufacturers and to the GE through Engr-in-Charge for approval before procurement. (ii) All work of grease traps item such as Installation, commissioning, testing etc will be executed by OEM or their authorised rep as approved by GE. (iii) The quoted rate deemed to be included for providing three days training for operation/function of grease trap to the MES personels by the Rep of OEM as per DIN EN 1825 and DIN 4040 100 suitable for underground installation. (iv) Contractor shall provide e-way bill, Purchase voucher, manufacturer's test certificate to the Engr-in-Charge and same shall be submit alongwith claim of this item. (v) The contractor shall give 3 year guarantee of Grease trap and obtain the same from OEM. Security deposit @ 5% of quoted rates will be withheld from Final Bill. The contractor may deposit FDR in favour of GE (AF) Halwara after completion of work for 03 years. (vi) Cost of earthwork & PCC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone boulders of gauge n exc 63mm,deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking pavor block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick , M-35 Grade fixed with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Coping, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, using Water proofing compound & finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L Prepration of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling floor hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises of MoD, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for jointless coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finished in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and fair surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade, 10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finished in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 21 above but as in skirting, dados/Vertical surfaces over and including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rough finished surfaces to receive tiles.

M&L for Coloured Glazed jointless ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm /450X350X7mm thick in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rough finished surfaces to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, step clamps, including all fittings (Any type of "T"/tee, bend, Y, Branch piece single/double, couplers, reducers, vent coil, access door, junction single/double, trap etc), 75mm dia, fixed to walls/floor/trenches etc and height of buildings upto G+1, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.24 here in before but for 110mm dia pipes.

Demolotion of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite slab (of any type) 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps,cooking platform, and other similar situation, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in flooring / stair case treads and landing, laid over & incl. 15mm thick cement screed base in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Kota stone of Single pieces in treads shall be provided. (ii) 3 Nos of V groove shall be made in the edge of treads.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in skirting riser of steps laid over & incl.10mm thick cement screed base in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The Kota stone will be used in Single pices in riser.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar 150mm internal dia of pipe, including removing the debris of demolition/breaking items outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC pipes class NP2 of 150mm dia laid and jointed with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe including packing to drain pipe and hunching against sides of pipe for 150mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and directed.
