Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLSH,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 and including PVC concealed conduit (medium grade 20mm dia) and its fittings ISI marked PVC junction boxes terminated in sunken/pressed metal flush box for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators and white cover plate with frame, also including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly including necessary cutting/chases complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for One light point controlled by one switch or one (Ceiling/ Wall/ Exhaust) fan point controlled by one switch and regulator and one bell point controlled by one bell push (Switches and regulators shall be measured and paid for separately.) ( Wiring shall be done as per colour code in IS for phase, neutral and earth) Note :Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in MCB's in DB's without any extra cost.

Supply & Fixing LED tube light fitting (including LED tube) 1 x 20W 230 Volt surface and wall mounted LED batten, extruded aluminium housing provided with efficient heat dissipation with polycarbonate diffuser & integrated electronic driver with all accessories internallyprewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size fixed on wall/celling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB, single pole 240 volts 6 to 32 Amp capacity 'C" series for fixing in DB’s including proper thimble connections complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing 4 way SPN distribution board 240 volts with double door fitted with Bus Bars 200amp, Neutral Links, Blanking Plates neutral bus bar earth bar, detachable gland plate, interconnections etc without MCB complete all as specified and directed Note: (a) Cost of suitable size cable lugs and materials required for flush fixing of DB is deemed to be included in the quoted rate . (b) Cost of cutting chases in wall for flush fitting of DB and making good to wall with CM 1:4 and painting the same in order to match the same with the existing wall all to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quote rate.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick electrode burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with GI wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, provn of 40 mm RCC with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 20 mm dia light grade Gl pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving of old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip GI/copper upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only. (ii). The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item. (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resisitance value below 2 ohms. If the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contractor has to make proper aadditions/alterations to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost.

Supply and Fix new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x35 watts made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bend to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twincore from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade. pre-polished & pre-glazed, confirming to relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 and including 50mm thick layer of sand cushioning and filling the interstices etc with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric LT cables (heavy duty) 16 sqmm 2 core ,earthed system, stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc, to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified

Material & Labour for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.). Complete all as specified and as directed (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes)
