Taking down existing LT panel by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables, earthing connection, dismantling PCC and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old defective underground cable from trenches/floors/road/wall/pipe/pole LT cable of any size/description including segregating the serviceable cable by cutting down defective portion after testing by megger and relaying complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Excavation and earth work will be measured separately under respective item)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE PVC insulated & PVC sheathed LT cable, 1100 volts grade (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core fixed along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floors or through walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Earthwork, sand cushioning, brick protection and GI pipe to be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket, powerpoint) including batten, conduit and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, sockets, brackets, light fittings, switch board etc and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floor, ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan/exhaust fan/ wall mounted fan of any size from existing location and carrying out cleaning & servicing including replacement ball bearing and Re-winding painting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying, greasing and heat warnishing and refixing the same in same location/new location and connecting up and including provision of twisted three core PVC insulated flexible cord of 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor of required length from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) and connecting up and including provision of twisted three core PVC insulated flexible cord of 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor of required length from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mm and connecting up and including provision of twisted three core PVC insulated flexible cord of 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor of required length from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair sheet metal enclosure for MCB DB doule door triple pole and neutral 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
